Since November 4,2021 I required assistance from *****s Wedding chapel to file for a divorce. The total of $1535.00 was payed in 3 payments as requested. The owner ***** is responsible for opening the divorce case from start to finish, in the city of Los Angeles. She has repeatedly failed to provide assistance in terms of answering phone calls or texts. When she does answer a phone call the first thing she says is "have you payed yet?" She speaks of cases and personal information of clients cases while potential or existing clients are in office. She's rude, pushy and is always rushing to get out of a conversation she will literally say she does not want or like to talk, to stop wasting her time. She's got horrible attitude and is not willing to provide the services she is getting payed for, but she's quick to say " pay me now to to proceed". I looked on the internet to get my case info since she refuses to answer phone calls or any messages I obviously don't understand legal papers so I called to ask and she basically yelled at me on speaker even after I've repeatedly told her not to speak my case aloud. Not a single question has been answered, she refuses to talk and when you show up the her business she refuses to open door unless you have a payment. This is not the service I requested nor the way to deal with such personal information. I feel that my personal rights have been ignored and that this woman needs to do better in her business, she has violated many agreements made to me and I cannot have this continue. She needs to be stopped and if possible her license revoked. Im really bothered by this situation. Please help me with this situation it is unfair and through my research I've learned that Im not the only one this establishment has failed. What I need is for the business to finish this process and ASAP, Reprimand ***** for speaking of personal matters out loud, and for having the worst customer Service Ive ever known. Its disgusting .

On May 11 ,2022 I visited Mayra's business seeking for her support in a divorce. She requested a $250 deposit to initiate the process and didn't give me a receipt since I had used ***** and said she will give me a receipt later. My wife signed the documents on May 13, 2022 and on May 14, 2022 I visited her office at around 1pm to sign and complete payment. She then asked for a check for the court and hinted that she preferred cash payment. I went to the bank and when I returned she was starting a marriage ceremony. Once it was done I was invited in to sign the document and complete payment. I gave the final $200 in cash and she said she would give me a receipt later since she was preparing for another marriage ceremony. She did give me a copy on my completed divorce forms and I assumed all was well. On May 23, 2022 her assistant called asking for the remaining balance of $200. I visited her office to discuss the misunderstanding and Mayra mistreated me yelling at me calling me incompetent for not leaving her office with a receipt. She completed forgot our encounter of May 14 and did not recall me paying $200 in cash. I asked her to review the cameras that point to both her desk in her office but she refuses to want to continue helping me. I paid a total of $450 and have not had my services rendered. I believe I am owed my $450 and that Mayra should be evaluated for Alzheimer's disease. I fear that as she gets older she will make similar mistakes to other people. The customer base that she normally has, based on my visits is predominantly ******. These people do not seem to be the type to ask for legal help if they are screwed over by Mayra's mishaps. The attached are the ***** transaction and the withdrawal of the $200 which was posted on May 16, the following Monday of my Saturday withdrawal. this was the money spent on the divorce services that were not rendered by Mayra.
