I had made a reservation prior to my arrival to L.a. I had called sunrise lot and spoke to a male attendant and asked several questions regarding how the parking lot worked with in and out as well as with reservations prior to my reservation . I arrived on 11/22 around 8:30pm I was met by an older woman and African American woman who had pink and blue hair . I explain I had a reservations to park and wanted to park. The older woman stated she only takes airport parking when there is a sign clearly hanging on fence that says hotel guest parking available . I explain to the woman that I made a reservation in which they charged $5 to make the reservation. The woman proceeded to say the reservation did not matter. She has the right to refuse parking when she got ready and then push the black woman away from our car and told her let's go. I then got out my car to still talk to the woman I could hear on the phone saying I don't give a f*** about this job. I then left sunrise parking lot I was staying at the Sheraton on my stay in *********** .
