            3/16/22- Contracted ****** pest for termite control services. Paid $350 deposit by check because the POS was down. On the date of 3/19 it rained so Mr. ****** suggested I reschedule. I requested the following Sat. March 26th, but was told I'm not available; I'm going to Disneyland with my daughter. I inquired about adding the garage to the quote and the product suggested does not kill termites. After multiple conversations with Mr. ****** it became apparent that he lacked experience in termite control. When asked how long it would take for the job to be completed the timeline switched from two hours to a full day. He requested a full cash payment before the job was done. After I paid the deposit Mr. ****** revealed that he rarely does termite control because many of his customers need bed bug control not termites. I was promised a full refund by March 28th and then it was pushed out to 4/26 and I have not received it yet. No work was completed by ****** Pest Control. This company needs to be audited/shut down for falsifying services they do not perform. Please help me get the refund that I deserve! Thank you!
