I am very happy with Pretty Litter and so are my fur babies! Our pet sitters are also impressed! The dust is lower and the litter box smell is gone! Now if we can just get it made somewhere besides *****!

I am supposed to be receiving unscented clumping litter. It is unscented but not at all clumping so its pretty useless in my automatic litter box.

False advertising on several accounts. For one, this litter is not even remotely low dust or non tracking as they claim. There ******** ads are loaded with angry customers. They acknowledge they have an issue with tracking by suggesting litter mats.Two, they are constantly advertising buy two, get one free. There are terms in the ad, no fine print shown or listed with an asterisk. Upon asking how to get the offer, they told me it wasn't available to me. Then offered a discount on three bags, only to take that offer back and apply it on three. It should never be advertised to all customers if its not even available.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had a subscription that we canceled in March. In late May my bank statement notified me that they had charges $145 and we're shipping another order. I called the company right away and they said it looks like all of your orders were canceled. So I asked for a refund. They said that since it already been shipped I had to wait until I received the product, send it back and then I would get a refund. They charge me $145 for something I didn't order or want. Any other business would have immediately refunded my money and arranged to have the product shipped back. Instead they said they would email me a label which I would then have to print out and attach to the box. Then they wanted me to drive it to ***** and pay return shipping. I explained to them that I had no way to get it there since I do not drive and that was the whole reason why we originally ordered it through delivery. I also explain that since we canceled our subscription in March it was their fault that they sent something 3 months later that we didn't order. Spent over 3 hours on multiple phone calls talking to different people with an unresolved issue. We now have cat litter that we don't need. I am awaiting a phone call back from a supervisor, but I'm not holding my breath because they don't seem to be in any particular hurry. Meanwhile we are at 145 dollars and have a box of their useless products sitting here. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH PRETTY LITTER. I have unethical business practices and poor customer service. Any other business, would have already refunded our money and arranged for pickup of the materials that we didn't order. Filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau. If they do not refund our money they will next be talking to an attorney. I truly believe customer service is a lost skill. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY PRETTY LITTER

Canceling it Monday deliveries never on time never enough food or litter.

Very happy with the Pretty Litter. Easy to clean out and odor free. The thirty days is true and at the end of the month I dump the box out, wash the box and refill with a full bag .

Pretty litter is the best ever. Light weight (smaller bags) easier to handle for older cat people. 1 bag lasts for a month, because water waste is absorbed only p*** needs to be scooped,

I wish I had switched sooner. This litter is the best and I have tried them all. What I like the most is that it eliminates kitty 'duty' odor and not mask it. My cat is on high fiber prescription food and it stinks so her p*** stinks. Not anymore! Thank you Pretty Litter ?? I spend almost the same as OTC high performance litter but only a few dollars more. It's well worth no smell, gets delivered to my door (no more lugging heavy containers), and it's a complete dump once a month of a lightweight litter (no it doesn't get splashed around). If only I had known sooner...

My cat had blood in her urine and we were able to catch it quickly. Without Pretty Litter we wouldn't have known anything was wrong until she was very sick, possibly gravely sick. I am so grateful for Pretty Litter. It very well could have been the difference between life and death. Thank you Pretty Litter for keeping my baby girl here!
