      My fiance couldn't choose between two of the rings on their website. I saw they advertised "free and easy" 30 day returns so I ordered both so that he could try them on and decide which he preferred. The rings arrived in 7 days: one did not match the advertised picture at all. The other looked good, but my fiance decided he did not like the rose gold inay and would prefer yellow gold. I emailed their customer service address to start a return and they responded saying they would replace my fiance's ring (it was two rings, not one, which I specified in my original email) for no extra charge and to please let them know which ring he would like. Huge red flag. I responded saying I would like to returns the rings, gave my order number, and asked how to start the process. They replied at 2am the next day and again told me to choose my preferred style for replacement with lots of extra fluff about customer satisfaction being the top priority. I responded that morning insisting on a return and have not yet received a reply, that was yesterday 7/9. Will update if I'm able to get a refund... I spent a total of $273 on the 2 rings.

      04/5/24 order #****** 2 rings sizes 6 1/2 and 16 1/2.i ordered the rings,paid for them in full and still havent recieved the rings,would really like to have what i paid for this is o4/15/24

      Purchased item direct from website on 8/12/23. After several emails following up, device was shipped 8/22/23. Delivered on 8/24/23. I opened package on 8/25/23 to determine what I ordered did not match what I received. I immediately reached out to the service email address and supplied images and expressed my disappointment. In my first email, I requested the ring to be remain as it was not what I expected and was flawed. The company responded today stating the ring was correct to what I ordered and my item appeared different secondary to lighting and angle of picture. I send additional images in my response stating I disagreed, and no longer want the ring remade requested a refund. The company has not responded at this time. At no time have they advised me how to return the purchase as their website indicates a 30 day ****** free return and satisfaction guarantee. Their only statement to date is I'm mistaken and my lighting and angle is incorrect. I only have 16 more days to get this issue resolved before Im inelgible for return for refund. Please help.

      False advertisement of product (online photography and description do not match product placed on June 25th an order was placed for The Hydra ******** steel ring, size 9. The product arrived looks nothing like the online photograph and description. Company misrepresentation- Gentle Bands identifies itself as ethical and sustainable as well as a marketplace for artisans from family owned workshops, photos of the artisans do and workshops do not match source and origin of the product. This photographic misrepresentation leads customers to believe the artisan shops are local, sustainable, and based in the **. Companys origin purposefully obscured and misrepresented- **** identifies the source of the product as ***********, **, but after further investigation, *********, an overseas shopping company from *****, has been ascertained as the source of origin.The companys physical address was not provided to the customer. No **************** Phone Line, Terrible **************** (email only): a full refund was requested, which according to the companys contract would be honored within thirty days of the customers receipt of the product. To date, no return address, although requested has been provided, and refund has not gone through (though requested). Additionally, the ring doesnt fit even though I was sized correctly at a local jeweler
