I am owed approximately $350 from BodyCentral Physical Therapy due to over charging. I have made numerous calls to their billing department starting in May 2024-July 2024. May 22, 2024, June 25, 2024, July 11, 2024, July 24, 2024, and finally July 26, 2024. Every time I call they use the same excuse of "we have already elevated the issue and are just waiting to hear back from out finance department" and "there is nothing else we can do". I have been told a supervisor named ***** will call me back to follow up but that never happens. I received excellent care at the BodyCentral facility in ****** ******* on *********************************************************** however because of this terrible customer service I will go elsewhere the next time I need physical therapy. Good morning, I am the Vice President of Compliance for Body Central Physical Therapy. We became aware of this complaint on 9/10/2024 and it had already been closed. We would like to have the case reopened so we can respond.
