This has been an ongoing problem, with the latest dispute occurring this week. In 2018 I hired Just Right Plumbing to fix a leak under my tenant's cottage. He explained to me that the kitchen pipes had to be replaced due to corrosion. I hired him to fix the issue. In 2020, my tenant moved out and I was doing some repairs between tenants. During that time, my handyman saw that the kitchen sink was draining right into the crawl space through the corroded galvanized pipe. I asked **** to come repair it and he said he would. I assumed it would be free of charge since he failed to complete his repair from 2018, but he still charged me for the work. That was upsetting. When he came to fix it the second time, he replaced more of the main line pipe and fixed the original issue of the kitchen sink leaking into the crawl space. This week my new tenants were complaining about back ups in the plumbing. I called **** again. He refused to come out and see it. He told me I just needed it snaked. I sent another plumber out there and he took a video that showed the pipe is sagging in the middle and is undersized. I don't know much about plumbing, but I do know water needs gravity to drain. Now after two years of a sagging pipe, it seems debris has collected in the low point and is causing more plumbing issues. The new plumber quoted me $1800 to fix it - a problem I've already paid Just right plumbing to fix twice. ****, the owner refuses to remedy his work - he won't even inspect it.
