      Oakhurst metals has $25,000 of mine. They have failed to invest my money in precious metals************************ I have tried to contact this company, but all the phone numbers are out of service. The web site doesn't respond, my representative was **********. I have been taken advantage of by this company. I have no idea if they are still in business, please help

      **** took $****** from my 80 year old Father. Been almost 2 months now and we have received nothing. Terrible Customer Service...!!! Call them 5 times, Emailed 3 times with no return email or call. All they care about is getting money in there pockets. Boycott this company at all costs....!!!       In June of 2021 OAKHURST METALS ******* ***** ************ was to purchase 165 units of 5oz .999 Fine Silver $****** and reconcile my account with ***********. This never happened. I have been calling and emailing both company's for months with no solution. The entire staff at Oakhurst Metals have been avoiding all my calls and emails. See attached screen shots of the Oakhurst Metals account and ***** ***** Account that do not reconcile. Missing 104 units of 5oz .999 Fine Silver.

NOT RESOLVED - ******* ****** ****** ******* and *** ******** continue to avoid and block my calls and 20 plus emails directly to all of them! Yesterday 2/14/2022. I was able to schedule an appointment with ******* ***** via ****** ******* after 5 holds. I used my home land line number because all of them screen my mobile# and send direct voicemail. Im sure this will be another delay as all them continue to lie on a daily basis. Meeting is set for 02/24/2022 at 2:00 PM CST with ******* ****** To contact, call ************** keep in mind prior to opening an account with OAKHURST METALS ******* ***** use to call me direct weekly check all their recorded calls. If an employee from the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU would like to join the call on 2/24 you are more than welcome.

      Regrettably we are filing a complaint due to the lack of communication and transparency concerning two large silver purchases. On the following dates two ACH withdrawals were made for the purchase of coins: 10/13/2020, ********** 3/17/2021, ********** Originally, Oakhurst Metals was to store the coins, with the exception of the items below which were shipped and received: 20 quantity 2021 Tuskeegee Airmen 5oz Silver Coins 1 quantity Oklahoma 2011 Silver Coin ¼ oz gold coin Elizabeth I have asked that Oakhurst Metals ship me my coins. Their brochure states very plainly that I can call and have my metals shipped at any time. I have placed several phone calls and sent emails to Oakhurst Metals and have not received a timely response, and have been given excuses why the coins haven't been shipped. It has been several months since this request. On July 25, 2021, my grandson emailed my account rep, ************** and requested receipts along with my shipping options. This was an attempt to document my request since the phone calls were not producing the desired outcome. I sent a follow-up email on July, 28, 2021 after not getting a response. No response to that email was received. Subsequently I was able to reach ******* by phone, who assured me he would not only send me original receipts but would also send me tracking numbers for the shipments of my remaining coins. It's now January 10, 2022, I still don't have receipts or a shipment. I've now been trying other employees, who tell me they will call me back and then blame delays on the storage facility being behind. According to their web portal, I have the following coins on hand: 45 Quantity 2018 American The Beautiful San Antonio 5oz Silver Coins 50 quantity 2017 America The Beautiful Ellis Island 5oz Silver Coins I need assistance getting my coins. This company appears to have taken my money and provided me roughly ****** in material out of the ********

We apologize for any miscommunication; however, below we have provided you with a tracking label for your metals to be shipped from your depository account that we had set up for you upon your request. Since the depository account is in your name, they were considered delivered. There was some type of miscommunication as to whether or not you wanted it delivered to your home. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hello, I understand the depository agreement was authorized and the metals would be stored there until a time where I requested them to be shipped to my home. I asked for the metals to be removed from the storage and sent to me more than once, very clearly in fact. As of last week I can see a label was created but nothing has actually shipped. Additionally, the shipping label says the package will be less than a pound which doesn't add up. Please ship asap.

      I purchased a large amount of silver coins that were never delivered. I can get no response from anyone from Oakhurst Metals. I'd like to receive what I purchased.

After speaking with you, we have also provided you with online access to your account, and yet to hear back from you as to how you would like to proceed forward. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/01/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) This response is a bit misleading. After being contacted by the BBB they did call and stated they had not yet shipped the silver because I live in ******. I asked them to deliver it to me instead of the originally agreed storage facility. I was told that would likely result in an ever longer wait time. They advised me to wait until they had enough to justify a shipment to ****** which should be in the next 2 months. They did provide me with online access. I accepted their request to maintain the original agreement, since they said it would be shipped in the next 2 months. So, I don't know what they could need from me at this time. I'm supposed to wait now for an email advising me how to access the silver once it's finally arrived in ******. I'm not pleased with how difficult it was to reach them after a purchase.
