I hired ****** to serve a defendant papers for small claims court on 6/22/23. They claim that they served the papers that day but never filed the required paperwork (***104) with the superior court. They had assured me on payment of $75 that they would issue the confirmatory paperwork after confirming delivery of the papers by text. They have refused to return my calls or texts. I used an alternative number to contact them immediately and they answered right away. They promised to issue the confirmatory papers by 6 p.m. on 7/18, the day of ********* date. They have not issued and resulted in a delay to our trial. This company fraudulently collected money for a service they did not provide and cannot professionally provide. Although their website indicates they have knowledge of the process serving process, their actions do not indicate this. I believe based on their conduct that this is a scam. I request a refund of the money as delivery of the ***104 form is no longer relevant.Initial Complaint

We found this server online, communicated with this server for service over the phone. We went to the address of business and from that point we did what the server told us to do. We waited a week and received no contact from the server. Finally we call the server due to concern of are identity the server told a story of not having our contact information which was located on and in the service. Once speaking to the server about this, we agreed that we would meet him at his place where he does business to pay him his fee. We call the server the morning of and said he'd have reschedule. I explained prior to this meeting he chose that I have job and please keep his meeting time. To no avail.The server choose to be rude and unreasonable about his service and stated he wasn't going to do job. And not bother him again. I replied let me have my paperwork back and we'll go separate ways. This man hung up on myself and fiancee numerous times before blocking us. Needless to say we're pretty upset. This guy has my information and others. HE STOLE MY PAPERWORK I'M ON A TIME SCHEDULE TO GET DIVORCE DONE AND THIS SERVER HAS DONE EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO IGNORE US. THIS IS A STRESSFUL SITUATION AND GETTING MORE STRESSFUL BY THE DAY. ******* IS THIS CROOKED man's name.
