Please - I have not received any help despite calls and emails. I emailed ************************************* and have called Dunkin's customer service and emailed them. Shop DunKing (which is really Bamko) just says the items are still delayed and Dunkin customer service says it is not their problem. I have been told that on line orders are not a concern of ******* customer service. However the merchandise was sold on a Dunkin' website. We were not told the sale would be offloaded to an unknown supplier. We ordered the DunKing's jacket on February 12th. thru the Dunkin shop online website. Order DKN49241. $66 plus tax etc. It turns out that the online products are managed and filled by Bamko.It is 5 weeks from the date we ordered the jacket and still have not received information on the status of the order or an email that it has at least shipped. Five weeks is way over the 5-10 days that was listed on the website when we ordered the jacket. We have been charged us in full for the jacket. I am wondering if this is a scam. We were one of the first people to order a jacket and do not understand why five weeks later the jacket has not even shipped. The company even relaunched the merchandise release claiming it had more stock and yet I have not received a jacket despite being in the first round of merchandise orders. Some people are selling their jackets on websites for three time the original price so someone has received the jackets! ************* government officials and influencers are photographed wearing the jacket so I know some have shipped.Initial Complaint

I ordered a gift for my dad on 11/5/2022 on the Crown Royal website ************************** The order included: Men's ******************* color: ******************** 2XL $12.99 Crown Royal Playing Cards color: purple $6.99 Subtotal: $19.98 Shipping: $22.66 Estimated Delivery Date between 11/24 and 11/29 Tax: $3.52 Total Order: $46.16 I received the order confirmation on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 11:48 AM from <***********************************>with an order number: CWC30120 saying that a credit card charge will appear as "BAMKO" on your statement. My card was charged on November 6, 2022 at 5:15 AM. Everything looked fine until the delivery dates came and went and I never received anything. I went onto the order confirmation email and clicked on a link that said if you require further assistance with an order, please send us feedback by clicking HERE. I sent an email explaining the issue and was told Crown Royal Thu, Dec 1, 10:38 AM to me Hi *******:Thank you for placing an order with Crown Royal.I have forwarded your concern to our fulfillment team, and will be in contact with you as soon as I receive a response.Once again, thank you for contacting Crown Royal.Sincerely,******* Crown ******************* Representative Be sure to pick up our new Crown Royal Vanilla!
