********************** for Tenant Safety Since 2022, Clint Lukens Realty has managed our apartment building, but their performance has been abysmal, resulting in poor living conditions and compromised safety. In 2023, after several car break-ins, tenants requested increased security measures, including a lock on the pedestrian gate and security cameras. Despite repeated requests, Clint Lukens Realty's response was slow and inadequate, leaving us vulnerable to further incidents.On March 2, 2024, an unhoused couple trespassed onto the premises with shopping carts filled with belongings. Their presence not only instilled fear in tenants, prompting a police report but also resulted in unsanitary conditions within the parking area where one unhoused individual defecated in the parking area. Despite police intervention on March 3rd to remove the individuals, Clint Lukens Realty failed to demonstrate on-site presence or provide support to tenants in managing the aftermath including cleaning up the excrament.Repeated communications to the management company regarding safety concerns and deteriorating living conditions, amidst escalating rent, have been met with unsatisfactory responses. Their disregard for addressing these issues, is exemplified in one response from their team: "Our team was onsite on Monday Morning to clean up. I was onsite yesterday to confirm. Unfortunately crime has gone up in the city as a whole. I have sent your security concerns to the landlords. Looking into better lighting since the property is already gated We always advise tenants to report these issues to the cops so they can have more patrol in the area neither the landlord or the management company have ignored your requests". Despite police intervention on March 3rd, Clint Lukens Realty failed to address the situation or support tenants. Their dismissive response to safety concerns, as seen in their statement, is unacceptable.
