We entered into an agreement with the belief that Book Writing Studios would be a professional editing/publishing service and to-date we have been met with apologies weekly, schedule slippages, broken promises, team member changes, and abruptly ending meetings with no follow-ups and un-promised products (some dates examples include (29 Sep 22, 10 Oct 22) and now more than 30 days after payment no sufficient progress on our project. For the amount of money paid and services promised the small amount of feedback/editing has not be scalable to warrant charging us the amount we've been charged lust far nor the company's marketing ploy. We have determined that due to your inability to produce a professional product and time lost we cannot in good faith continue with your company and have no choice but to terminate the contract. We asking that our payments paid on 8 Sep 22, be returned to us within 7 days of the date of this letter via electronic transfer and contract terminated per this correspondence as of 11 Oct 22. To date I have not received my refund with the company now continually sending threatening emails stating that they will blacklist work that we own the copyrights.
