Please see attachments. I have copied the California *********************** and have filed a complaint with ***************** *********************** as well. You stated Friday (1/22/23) over the phone (RECORDED) and via text message (attached) that my $2299 had been refunded. Here is the documentation your finance team submitted to my bank; ***** Fargo, which they reversed the charge of $2299 back to my account. The $2299 charge was for an article that was supposed to be published in ************** and not the information your company provided to the bank. This was a different transaction. This has been going on for over a year. You did not send 100 books in October 2021 and just refunded my $999 last month. You did not provide this service of publishing the article in Bloomberg and I am requesting a full refund of $2299 to my account immediately.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern. This company sold me a professional ghost writing service for a box I wrote. They lied and was secretly sending the request to some company in *****. The company is registered in ********** and *****. They were supposed to deliver a 10 chapter book. They recorded all my conversations, so everything is on record with the requirements of the project which they did not delivery. I asked for a full refund and they agreed. They attempted to send $100, instead of the full $599, and that was a mock receipt. The refund of $100 or the full $599 never happened. It has been lie after lie after lie. This is a hoax and fraudulent company.Initial Complaint

I paid to have 3 books written and published $****. Due to COVID we had to postpone several times and they Chan project writer 6 times and project manger 5 times and I still have no book and they always are sick something has happened and I was very patient now I'm just feel like that stole my money and they are a fraudInitial Complaint

Vox Ghostwriting breached the terms of their contract on numerous occasions by failing to complete the 3 book writing and publishing package I purchased on 3/19/2021. Vox Ghostwriting failed to respond to requests on a timely basis. Edits/feedback provided to Vox Ghostwriting was always prompt upon receipt from Vox Ghostwriting but Vox Ghostwriting has consistently failed to respond to edits in a timely manner. Vox Ghostwriting was advised to finalize and publish the 1st book in October 2021, however, the book was not published to Amazon until January 2022. Vox Ghostwriting was instructed on December 14, 2021, to refund the remaining 2/3rd of my $1500 purchase ($1000.00) to the credit card used to make the purchase immediately. Summary of Contract Details: Purchased on 3/19/2021. Package for 3 books. Each book was supposed to be no more than 60 pages and was expected to be done in the next 3-4 months (4-6 weeks for each book) with writing, formatting, and publishing - we were supposed to receive chapter wise delivery every 10-12 business days Payment Details: (Bundle Offer of 3 Books) Amount Payable: $********************************************************** We have a perfect package for you that includes: 1. Creating/updating the outline. 2. Completing the entire book of 60 pages as per the requirements outlined. 3. Adjust the layout and presentation for the publishing standards. 4. Unlimited revisions. 5. Dedicated team of expert writers. 6. Access to an online portal. 7. Editing, Proofreading, and formatting. 8. Custom illustrated cover design. 9. Publishing on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble and KDP All work provided by Vox Ghost Writing and/or prepared by the ghostwriter(s) employed by Vox Ghost Writing or its affiliates will be given promptly to ******* ***** as his sole possession. ******* ***** will retain all copyrights and other rights of authorship as the sole author of the work.Business response
