***** This order arrived late more than 2 weeks and Id like refund to be issued So I emailed their customer service asking for a return label since their return portal wasnt working and they keep changing return policy Id like to return the items for a full refund o paid for Id like return label to be issued And also they keep changing their return policyInitial Complaint

I purchased a purple suede bag from ***** ******. The bag bled onto a chair of mine and the dye transfer will not come out. There was no disclaimer on the ***** ****** product, website, or at the sale that warned of dye transfer. I have asked ***** ****** to help cover the cost of fixing the chair as I believe their product is defective / untested. I purchased leather cleaner that the company suggested, and it did not help the dye come out.
