Date of transaction was 02/01/2024 Transaction amount was $430. This company is a complete scam. I purchased rock lights that didn't work. They are telling me I have to buy more parts to make the lights work. The company is a horrible company with zero customer service. Company will not offer any returns . And will not answer and phone calls or emails or text.Initial Complaint

Order #*****. I purchased ditch light mounts from this company in March. Waited over a month and they sent the wrong items. I sent pictures of the wrong mounts and it took them well over a week to get me a return label. I sent them back and **** tried to deliver. Now Im out over ******. They said its not their fault they were not open. They sell Chinese gear and are not transparent on that. They give the consumer the idea they are buying quality They run out of a hole in the wall in **********. They will never answer the phone or respond to emails. They will call you back If youre lucky. Stay far far away from and buy quality gear from a reputable source.Initial Complaint

In October of 2023 I decided I wanted lights for my truck, and I had just been told how I could try getting sponsored by FCKLightbars. So I filled out their online application and shortly after received a phone call that I had been accepted. While on the phone he told me about all their accessories and decided that we would just place the order over the phone. Upon receiving the packages(3) I paid over $600 in extra shipping charges on top of what they charged me for shipping. When I came to opening the boxes I discovered this was not even close to what they told me. I paid over $4000cad for cheaply made lights and harnesses that were far from advertised. They told me that they were plug and play, they are not. They told me they ***************** right up with the provided mounts, they will not. Since I called them to discuss this issue they have been dodging my calls and ignoring my e-mails. When I do get ahold of them I am constantly being lied to with them stating that they will send me an email with information to process a return, but I never receive any email and I dont hear from them until I call them again. And it usually takes ***** phone calls for them to pick up, not rings, 20 SEPARATE PHONE CALLS. The last time I spoke to someone they told me all sales are final and refused to even listen to the countless issues.Initial Complaint

I am filing on behalf of another party. FCKLightbars has not fulfilled there end of an agreement to a member of there sponsorship program. The agreement was verbal between the two parties and money was exchanged for products from FCK. After money and products were exchanged a return was started because products we not correct. FCK employee *** verbally informed the sponsored party that the difference in balance between the original ordered products and the needed products would cancel out but they would have to charge her affirm account but they would credit it back because she had already over paid for the product. This was around 6 months ago the account still hasnt been credited and is now no longer accepting the sponsored partied call or replying to messagesz the sponsored party over this time has talked to *** on minimum 2 occasions and *** assured this party that he would get it taken care of but still hasnt and is now not answering anymore calls or messages from their sponsored party. This situation needs to be handled because the sponsored party is now facing being sent to collections for products she has already paid for. Please any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

I had a sponsorship agreement with this company, I had placed an order and had to process an exchange as one of the products didnt fit on me vehicle and I was told that I would have to pay for the transaction first and then I would be credited money back when they received my returned product, I have been blatantly ignored and given the same answers over and over. I submitted a Sponsorship form on their website, I was then contacted by them via a phone call. They then told me I qualified to be a sponsor that I just had to buy lights from their website with a sponsorship discount and that I could get any merchandise for free. They sent me an invoice to purchase the items from their website. I purchased them and they said I would be all set and that I would receive my items with a week, It has now been 3 weeks and i still haven't received anything from them. I have tried to contact them but they wont answer me and wont respond to me. At first I made a purchase of $124.97 and they said those items wouldnt work and that they would send me the items to buy that would work and they would use store credit to pay towards some of the cost. I then was a little bit suspicious so I asked if I could use the store credit and then just put a small deposit down on the total and they said yes. I then put a $280 deposit on it and that was about 6 days ago. They said on friday of last week I would receive my order this week, but I havent received anything and they wont answer me or contact me back.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction 2/24/2023 Order #***** I had purchased a Rock light kit (high intensity) from FCK ****************** The product is nothing of what they describe as (high intensity) very dim and not impressed at all with this product. Tried to reach out to customer service multiple times with little to No help at all if they even answer the phone. **************** and product is terrible. I am looking for a full refund. I made an order from FCKlightbar 12/16/2023 in the amount of $$484.97 for RGB High-Output FlushMounts 2. The same day I was charged $594.90 for items that I DON'T need. I have tried to contact this company on numerous occasions to request return shipping labels in addition to telling them about products that isn't working correctly. I spoke to a guy named *** who sent me several text messages after I filed a complaint with AMEX. I was told a tech will be in touch with my SEVERAL times, and of course no one ever called me.DO NOT purchase through this company, and I wish I would have looked them up on BBB as I now see that I am not the only one being done like this. I originally bought a set of***** lights from them October of 2021. They burnt out in about a month after installing them. Since they offered a lifetime warranty, I contacted them about replacements. It took them two months to send a replacement after that the new ones lasted about three months and then they had to be replaced again. I contacted them again. It took them over a month to send the replacement after that replacement was installed, it lasted about a month. I contacted them again about a replacement since they offer a lifetime warranty and I've left multiple messages and text messages and the last contact I had with them is that they were in******* I have yet to hear anything back from them and I just want my money back as I've spent almost $800 between paying for the original lights and paying for shipping cost for the replacements that never work. They've asked for videos and pictures ************ not working but never answer my messages and never call me back. I just want some money back so I can go to another company and buy different ones.Initial Complaint

A friend is sponsored by the company and has a personal discount code. On 8/2/2022, I used the code but abandoned the cart to think about ordering (costly, ******* A sales rep called me. I had not authorized my information to be shared for contact. I spoke with the sales rep and he ************ ********* me to order because he was "giving me a bigger discount" than my friend's code (the company never disclosed what her discount amount was to her). He added more items, so I didn't actually save money (total was ******* The sales rep offered me sponsorship and merchandise "for free", and a personalized discount code to get sales cuts when used. One hour after placing the order, I asked the sales rep to cancel/refund the order. The sales rep never answered. The next day and a few after, I reached out to his company through two of their email addresses and their Instagram page. I received one reply on Instagram on 8/4/2022, asking when the order was placed (I already provided the order number #XXXXX, so they should've been able to look it up). They read my answer and never replied. None of my emails were returned. No one from the company called. My friend with the ******************** code didn't receive a cut of the order even though she referred me and I used her code. I disputed the charge with my bank when the company did not respond to me (since I received the package, the transaction is considered ********* ; I've reasserted the dispute). As of 11/4/2022, the company has still not reached out to provide a return label and refund. My experience, summarized, is: ******** info is taken from the cart even though the order wasn't placed, sponsor discount codes are used as "bait" for new customers, new customers are convinced they're getting a better deal with the sales rep, sponsors don't receive a portion of the order because it's poached by a sales rep, and all communication ceases when a ******** needs financial/order resolution.
