Terrible service and bad quality of products. I got a pair of clogs as a present and only wear them to get to my car and from my car to get to the gym and change. Theyre coming apart already. Have worn them maybe 10 times if not less. Customer support said theyd give me $20 to help cover the expenses. I tried finding a place near me theyre all closed or dont do repairs. Theyre trying to send me an hour away to get them repaired. Just exchange them ffs. They were like $200Review from ROBIN M

I ordered 2 pair of shoes based on the measurement guidelines on Birkenstock website. The shoes were too wide. I have called ******* 12 times between Dec 26 through Dec 28 to inquire about an exchange. The call keeps dropping as if the line is not working. I sent them 2 emails via their online platform with no response. I text messaged ******* using their online platform stating I have tried to call several times, but the line keeps disconnecting. Could someone call (my cell #). I have an exchange from Christmas. On Dec 27, ***** text messaged me stating I am unable to call you back but I can assist you with your exchange via SMS. This feels like a phishing SCAM. I responded to ***** on Dec 27 with my order number, the desired exchange (narrow fit) not regular fit. She did not respond back. Very poor customer service. BUYER BE AWARE!! The missing telephone number above is 505. This website wont allow me to send the full phone number due to it thinking it is personal data,Review from Jamie D

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks and they sent me 2 different sizes and 2 different widths. I hadnt worn the shoes when I received them and some time had gone by. I went to wear them and noticed they didnt fit right. I recently went to wear them again and noticed they are 2 different sizes and widths. I reached out to costumer service and they will not make good on their $130 shoe mistake.Review from Ann L L

I think a Co such as Birkenstock should stand behind a product. Especially when a regular shoe repair person cannot fix the shoes - they have been worn with care. I would be glad to return them to be fixed or a new pair. How about replacing the torn toe thing? They cost me $135.00.
