      This company is a scam. Under their return policy, they state that if shoes are unworn they can returned within 30 days. However, they charge and huge price for shipping and they DO NOT mention that they will not refund their shipping fees. They conveniently leave this out of their refund policy. This company is a scam and should be investigated for deceptive practices.

      Don't order from these guys. Order number 1 3 5 4 8 3 3 9 8 6; My son received **** sandals for Christmas from his Aunt, she forwarded the purchase receipt email. He needs a size 11. Size 12 is way too big for him. How do we return and exchange for correct size 11? Please contact me.       I bought a pair of Nike270's and 2 pairs of Heely's on 10/16. The Air *** were worn right away and loved. The Heely's were a Christmas present. The Heely's were not good or as expected. They do not retract. You would have to put the wheels in and take them out. Instead of them automatically coming out and going. This is usually the way ******* work!Of course this is not fun for a 6 and 7 year old. So I tried to return the Heely's and was not able to do so. They have a 40 day return policy and extends it to 45 for the Christmas Holiday. Ha what a joke. Usually around the holidays company's gives you at least a ***** days return courtesy. The representative just kept repeating their same "dry" policy. I am very upset an unsatisfied for several reasons. Just on principal I will not shop there anymore and I will tell my friends that I ended up recommending to the site for the sneakers about what happened. No hassle and lenient return policies is always a selling point for me. They can't get anymore of my dollars.

      Do not order from this company. they rip you off. I bought 2 pair of boots on sale that were too small. They were supposed to swap about for a bigger size. Instead, they gave me my money back and told Me I needed to rebuy them both at the full price. even though I already purchased them At a sale price with other things that I kept. If they think i'm gonna give full price for something that I already paid a sale price for their crazy. This is one of the companies we need to boycott and never order from because they're stealing our money just like the chinese are stealing our freedoms.

      I ordered a pair of boots for my granddaughter for Christmas and when they were over I tried them on her to find they were too small. They were definitely not true to size. I was able to return them. I ordered two more pair in larger sizes on November 24 for her to open on Christmas, ORDER **********. I emailed them on December 26 to return the smaller pair of the two I ordered. They did not fit. Two days past their 30 day return policy, and no ***** at all for being closed on Christmas or considering the fact that not all people wait less than 30 days to Christmas shop. Ridiculous! Theyve lost my business.

      I would give them a 0 they refuse to give me my product or money back as they put the wrong address on the package being delivered. And when I ask for management they leave me on hold for over 30 minutes

      Horrible experience. You aren't able to try on shoes because they're not available in stores in the size. My son needed so we ordered them. They're too big so I sent them back with the copy of the order printed out and a copy of the exchange we would like. I checked ***** and they had received the package monday didn't Respond to me until Tuesday to say they had it. It wasn't processed until Thursday, and they said there was no paperwork with it. Wow wow Never again will I order shoes from I recommend you don't either

      This past Monday while shopping at ************* location the cops were called on me and my wife for taking too long shopping. I was humiliated while they had the cops ****** me to the register to pay for my 1600$ worth of merchandise which I planned on purchasing a lot more stuff but after that rude encounter my wife no longer wants to shop anywhere in fear other places employees might call on us again for buying Too much . And to add to the awful sense of judgment the employees never offered an apology as a matter of fact all of the employees that were there were very rude to us and continued to treat us rudely all the way till we left the store I couldnt believe the these people have jobs dealing with customers it blows my mind the manager was the worst of them all overall worst experience Ive ever had and they will be hearing from my lawyer

      They accept orders, pretend theyre processing, then cancel the order because they dont actually have the shoes. This might be to gain traffic to their website so they seem legit but I dont believe they actually sell shoes. Might need to be investigated for fraud, embezzlement, racketeering, drug dealing, money laundering and any other crimes cause these people are not selling shoes.
