    placed an order Friday, 28 October 2022. cancelled the order Sunday, 30 October 2022 via the (only) email / source of communication they provide. while most vendors are open weekends, as it was the weekend, I didn't expect an answer so patiently waited until the next business day. Monday, 31 October 2022, no response. I followed up end of day regarding status of cancelled order and refund. No answer. Tuesday, 1 November 2022, no response. I was feeling suspicious about this company from the beginning which is why I cancelled my order but at this point, I'm angry. they were given ample time to respond. Tuesday, 1 November 2022, end of day, I follow up again THIS time advising I'm going to report them if I don't receive a response. within 15 mins after I sent that email I receive a tracking number via THE SAME EMAIL that has been ignoring mine (**********************) confirming they've been on their email and have been ignoring my requests for refund. Tuesday, 1 November 2022, upon receiving the tracking number I replied to that email IMMEDIATELY upon receiving advising them I didn't ask for a tracking number. this order was cancelled 30 October 2022! Issue the refund. No response. Wednesday, 2 November 2022, followed up on cancellation / refund. No response. Thursday, 3 November 2022, followed up on cancellation / refund. No response. Friday, 4 November 2022, followed up on cancellation / refund. No response. Saturday, 5 November 2022, package is delivered. I don't want this shit. I WANT MY REFUND. I emailed them stating as much AGAIN. no response. I've been following up regarding my refund EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM 30 October - 5 November 2022. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from the seller. This is criminal activity. They've been blatantly ignoring my request for refund before the items were even processed for shipment. I WANT MY REFUND! this shoppe should definitely be investigated and in my opinion shut down.

    Saturday, 5 November 2022, they email the package has been delivered. I don't want this ****. I WANT MY REFUND. I emailed them stating as much AGAIN. no response.

    I've been following up regarding my refund EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM 30 October - 5 November 2022. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from the seller. I've filed an official Complaint with the BBB. This is criminal activity. They've been blatantly ignoring my request for refund before the items were even processed for shipment.

    DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!

    This person is mentally ill and sent over multiple threatening emails after there package had been delivered. All of this was over a $12 order which they ordered and received but later did not want. It is irresponsible to allow people who are mentally ill to make false claims against hard working businesses. If you check our reputation online it is 5 star everywhere. This person is a danger to society very hateful and should be arrested for making threats through email. And the BBB should do a better job at protecting businesses and conducting investigations before allowing such false complaints to be posted.

    If anyone is mentally ill, it's the morons at Botanica Luzon Del Dia who are pretending to run a legitimate business.

    They have an 30 day cancellation policy. Again, this order was cancelled the day after it was placed / BEFORE IT WAS EVEN PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY! I have all the email correspondence to prove this. This company completely ignored the cancellation and sent out the product regardless. I returned to sender and followed up DAILY regarding my refund. Absolutely no response. They never responded to any of my emails regarding the status of the cancellation and refund and now they are refusing to refund the money -and the total being $12 and change makes ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE.

    This is thievery plain out right and I will continue to fight it, because by law (which they obviously care nothing for) no vendor is allowed to ignore a cancellation (BEFORE THE PRODUCT WAS EVEN PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY) and keep the funds.

    These people are complete thieves.
