I purchased a suit but when I received it it was not the suit I ordered. I have been sending email after email requesting a full refund and they continue to respond asking me to keep the suit and they will give me a $60 dollar credit when I paid over $250.00 which is not acceptable.The suit I received was nothing like the one I ordered, it was totally different and not 100% Wool. This company does not want to do anything to make it right. This company is a scam and I will advise anyone not to do business with them. RUNReview from Barry S

Mens Full Length and Cashmere Overcoat - Winter Topcoats - Multi Coat SKU#JA54283 - This coat is an acrylic blend and has very little wool in it. I had it tested, and it came back as NOT 100% wool. The *** and California should go after these frauds. Their cancellation policy is beyond questionable, a six-hour window for buyer's remorse. Legitimate businesses selling legitimate products don't have to use such practices. I thought I was getting deal; a *** deal is what I got. Caveat Emptor, if it looks too good to be true - run away.Review from James L

I wish I had read the review before I fell into the same trap. Wrong suit sent twice. Then I had to pay for the return. I had to pay for the shipping of another wrong suit. If you do get the right suit please tell them it is wrong. They have offered me discounts up to 90 dollars to keep the suit sent. The suit sent is so ugly and cheap looking I didnt even bother to try it on. When they say discount I'm not sure if they are refunding this to your credit card or discount on another purchase. This is a case of bait and switch. Send you the wrong suit. make you pay to send it back and make you pay to send another. Check the address for other suit companies. This company uses more than one name but the addresses are the same or in the same close area. RUN RUN RUN RUN. They have stopped responding to my emails. WISH I HAD COME HERE FIRST. The state attorney general i'm sure has a file on them. If not they should be notified. Wish I could give 5 negative stars. And all these back and forth emails makes you think you are dealing with a good company. F is right.Review from Keith M

I ordered a suit and never received it. They kept promising to send me a tracking number and never did. This is going on 3 months of trying to resolve this issue and get a refund.Review from Jon L

Buyer beware!! Purchased a tuxedo late October. The quality was inferior and the fit not as outlined in the guide. Requested an authorized return per their policy, paid the return shipping charges, and only a partial refund was issued; the garment fully conformed to their return policy. Upon inquiring several weeks later when the remaining $48 of my initial $179 would be returned, the company stated "my request had been submitted to their accounting department.". Over six months have passed and still no refund or further communication.Review from Ezoel T

A void this company at all cost! I purchased a suit, size 46short. They shipped me a 46long. I checked for the attached tags everywhere, to my surprise they had cut all the tags out. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. All the tags had been removed. So I tried on the jacket and the jacket was too long. The sleeves were very long so I come to the conclusion that they sent me a 46 long so I contacted them to see if they could help and replace the suit with a 46 short there were so many stipulations and trying to get suit return, and they spoke in the way that discouraged me and returning the suit. They wanted to charge me per piece of suit to return it. I I was not pleased, considering I have purchased two other suits from them and I was pleased with those two suits. Those two suits all tags were attached. The suits fit perfectly. This suit was sent the wrong size tags all removed. So I am now with a 46 long suit that will never fit. I had intended to purchase at least three more suits from them in different colors. I will never do this now!Review from Pam W

Stay Away!!!!!! Dont order anything from this company. I ordered a suit for my husbands birthday and never received it. They kept promising a tracking number, but wouldnt provide one. The customer service is very rude and tries to out talk you if you ask too many questions. One representative even hung up on me. Finally I was notified stating the item I wanted was unavailable and was asked to choose another suit. I chose a second suit from options they provided, after another few days, I was told they didnt have the second choice either. I demanded a refund, and is now waiting. Dont do it!!! Run!!! Ordered a 56r and was sent 54r slim fit in an entirely different tux style. It was for my wedding and they will not refund it. Told me they will give me 50 bucks and keep the suit thats the best they will do. Hello,We understand the item was not as you had expected. We would be happy to offer you a one time courtesy refund of $50 back to your card if you would like to keep the item. I ordered 100% wool pants. They sent me 100% polyester. Not as advertised. Then, during the return process they want to charge me a restocking fee. I'm refusing to do so and am disputing the bill with my credit card co. These people need to be put out of business.Review from Roland M

Ordered a 48R. That was in the drop down order sizing menu. Paid an extra $60.00 to next day air it to me. It took three days to get here ( They advertise 3 day free shipping) but be advised the fine print says not from the date of order; from the day shipping RECEIVES the order. Suit arrived. It is a 48R slim cut. It says this in fine print at the very bottom of the ad for the suit. All the sizing, pricing, looking for you to buy other things in large print; this crucial detail is only printed in fine print, once, at the bottom of the page. I called and got a very unhelpful woman in customer service who kept saying send an e-mail to customer service and it is their problem. Web site says Free Returns. We will see about that.
