I started with this ************* and from the start the operations have been a bit confusing. The company is now ********** which also added to a bit if the confusion. Initially there was no online system and i had to pay via card. I had to call a few times to give my card info. Then after some time we were receiving emails with invoices attached. Prior to this i asked was there an online system and they told me not at this time. I like to see records of what i am paying for and have more certainty about upcoming payments. Recently, we paid the invoice via the email. Every invoice i saw said only the amount for the month. Randomly i had and $84 dollar charge come out as well as an additional $41 on top of the month that was just paid.When i called to inquire about the surprise unauthorized charges. The agent told me that our account was suspended and i should have received invoices. I checked my email and told her that i was receiving invoices for the past few months but nothing in them said we were past due or suspended. I then told her that if we were suspended they should have not still been accepting payments from us.I would have never submitted payment knowing this. I asked her if she could tell me the date they sent me an email about account suspension. She could not do that for me even though she was telling me the dates they sent invoices. She said she could transfer me to someone to answer that but it wasnt any different than what she was already helping me with. I also told her its been a bit of a confusing situation with the name switch and the switch of how they accept payment. There are many scams out here and so i am careful with clicking links with something unfamiliar.In the middle of me trying to get an understanding the agent hung up on me. I never got a call back like i was told from 2nd agent. Wifi cut off. This business isnt very dependable, organized or communicative and now as a result i am inconvenienced with my finances.
