I have filed a complaint, as I am not interested in any more high pressure sales tactics, and empty promises. The issue is I didn't get anything from this business and I am asking for a refund. They say they are ********* based but continue to hold my ********* knowing they did not deliver. This is nothing more than smoke and mirrors, and uses people desire to be an entrepreneur as bait to **** them into a scheme that *** work for 1 out of 100. The issue is, it didn't work for me, I wrote an email and withdrew, and I asked for a refund, and I've heard nothing. If there is no intent to defraud, give people their money back when they ask. I don't want phone calls, I don't want promises, we've done that, I want the money refunded to my credit cards. The whole process was so confusing to follow, and is nothing more than flashy funnel and affiliate marketing.Business response

Hi *****, it is unfortunate to write such things here. You are very aware of our strict refund and cancellation policy prior to signing. Our program is not working for you because you did not show up or execute the action items in your proven syllabus with our program strategies utilize the programs resources. We can give you the tools, but we cant do the work for you. We do not use sales tactics we dont need to, we simply showcase our proven strategies and our credible testimonies from real people that have gone through the program did the work, and got an amazing outstanding results. You still have the ability to use the program but you allow your fears to get it the way. It is unfortunate that you feel so negatively about people in a community that just want to help. Nevertheless, we are still here to help you. Unfortunately, since you did use the program to some degree you were not gonna refund, but we are more than willing to help you with anything that you need. We stand behind. Our practices are proven strategies in our resources 1000%.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
You did not make your refund clear, as a matter of fact to date I have no paperwork that I signed, except a **** card receipt that says deposit. Please provide me with a contract, and enrollment paperwork. I showed up you failed is what Im telling you. This is not a debate, Im telling you that your idea of teaching is flawed, confusing, and did not meet the standard of teaching I expected. I have been to online schools, I got my Masters online, this does not compare. I dont need you to tell me what the issue is, ** stating that what you call teaching is subjective and did not work for me. The issue of fear is pretty telling. Yes, I lost my husband and was struggling with that insecurity and now you used that to make what point? That you were aware and ignored it. Very unprofessional. You deny selling yet you clearly use the funnel method, and affiliate marketing. In most cases businesses with a strict refund policy have a high rate of return. Even now you contradict yourself, you dont need my $10,000.00, BUT, your method didnt work for me, I told you, and you keep my money still. Your response sounds personal, however, its not for me, Im a widow on a fixed income that was trying to adjust, I was afraid, and I clearly made a mistake. The fact that you are good with that and choose to use my story against me is a warning to others. Beware..
