I ordered a pair of sneakers from here all the way back in January and have yet to receive anything not even an update on my order. I paid 275 for a pair of custom sneakers and I have been completely scammed. I reached out to them by email and they haven't even had the decency to contact me back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order almost two months ago, Kicklabs had not updated any tracking information after 3 emails sent to kicklabs they finally responded and stated " We'll check with our warehouse team and get back to you" that was over 3 weeks ago and after numerous attempts trying to reach them I've had no response whatsoever! I've been emailing almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and no one is responding!!! I've spent over $450 AUD and I believe I'm being scammed! If I don't get some sort of response or an update on my order then I'll be taking this to my family lawyer and pursuing a class action lawsuit against the company for MUCH MORE than $450. I am at the point now that they either REFUND ME my $450 and keep their bloody shoes or I'll start to pursue legal action!!! Hopefully the BBB can help to rectify this issue. PLEASE KICKLABS IF YOU'RE SEEING THIS JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
