    I paid Stay Gia ********* on December 11, 2021 for a five night stay over ****** I'm *********** for a short-term vacation rental with myself and my elderly parents. When I arrived the listing was nothing like it was advertised. They had pool and hot tub listed in the title but they have been neglected for quite some time & we're not in working order. All of the amenities advertised did not exist or were not in working order.it also aid it came with basics, which it did not. Once I complained, I received no resolution but Stay Gia was very quick to adjust their listing title. They continued to state they were not offering all of the amenities listed but I took photos. They don't even know what they are advertising...? No hot running water to bathe in. This place needs a class action lawsuit filed against them. Unethical, unresponsive ******** *******. The worst part is they are unwilling to make things right or even try.

    I booked an airbnb with Stay Gia 7 months in advance for a *********************** concert. I did this to ensure I would have a place to stay as places book up very quickly when there is a concert. I started to get concerned when I requested to add an additional day to my stay in December with no response from Stay Gia, I ended up forgetting about it until a little over a week before the start of our stay, I got an email from airbnb that I would need to pay for the full reservation soon (airbnb lets you pay for a small amount upfront and they charge you the rest closer to the start of your stay). That prompted me to look at my reservation again and realized I needed to add a 3rd person to the stay, I requested that change and again NO RESPONSE FROM STAY GIA. After a couple days I was very worried, I messaged them a couple times with no response. I looked back at the messages from when I originally booked in November and saw that Stay Gia had sent me a link to use to find check in instructions. I clicked that, entered my information and it said NO RESERVATION FOUND. This was when I really started freaking out because 1 week away from the *********************** concert means there would be no where else to stay remotely close for a decent price. I found Stay Gia's phone number and texted, FINALLY they got back to me and said that they regret to inform me that they have to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. They then asked me to cancel the reservation because if they cancel it on their end they would pay a hefty fee from airbnb. I told them they needed to cancel it on their end and they should pay the fee because now my weekend is ruined and there isn't another place to stay within my budget! THEY GHOSTED ME. I got in contact with airbnb support so I did get a refund but nothing else to cover a hotel that I had to book last minute for 2x the price (it's also further away & I have to pay for parking). SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & WORRIES, DO NOT BOOK WITH STAY GIA!
