I had booked a shuttle service with this company when Covid shut things down. I canceled within their cancellation policy guidelines and on March 13,2020, I was assured I would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Despite numerous inquiries, I have never received my refund for services not rendered and this company refuses to respond to my requests. I have avoided complaining until now, allowing some consideration of the impact Covid had in companies such as this one.Business response

This was refunded today and an email receipt of the refund was sent to her at 6:24pmPST.
