      I am writing to express my profound concern about the disclosure of my nonpublic information to credit bureaus and the resulting inaccuracies on my credit report, leading to significant financial and emotional distress.As outlined in 15 USC **** Section 602, I assert my right to financial privacy, expecting the confidential treatment of my information.Moreover, 15 USC **** Section 604(a)(2) underscores that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish account information without my written instructions, which have not been provided.I have identified discrepancies on my credit report originating from M&N FINANCING CORP, adversely impacting my financial well-being. I urgently request the rectification of these inaccuracies.Lastly, please be reminded of 15 USC 1666(b), preventing creditors from treating payments on a credit card account as late under specific circumstances.For your reference, my account details are as follows:Account Number: *******I request a thorough review of my account, prompt correction of credit report inaccuracies, and strict adherence to federal laws governing my information.Failure to address these concerns may lead to legal action.       Consumer's dispute is not specific about discrepancies and after careful review of consumers account history the information furnished to the credit reporting agency is accurate as of last submission.

      I made final auto Loan payment 8-18-23, I have not received the Vehicle Title. I call weekly requesting the Title, but have not received it yet. DMV forwarded the revised Registration with my name only, which means an M&N employee forwarded info to DMV ( I also spoke to DMV). To this day I have not received the Title to my vehicle. I receive daily emails from the U.S. *********** no letter received from M&N yet. I want the Title, I paid for it.

      I have purchased a financed car with a corner tip dealership in *********** on February 16th of 2017. With that and as the contract shows I paid an extra $499 for a GAP INSURANCE an extra service as you can check on the agreement 1K DEBT CANCELATION AGREEMENT . In October 16 of 2017 we have a horrible car accident on the freeway where a family of ************** hit us behind close to ***************** at Sunday night with my little boy and almost killed us and 4 other cars involved. I immediately with my attorney **************** contacted the insurance and also the dealer with the provided contract of GAP insurance to cancel any debited as we agreed and signed for. I am not sure if I should contact court with my attorney in a case of almost 6 years ago. I demand that the charges are removed of all my credit reports including Experian.The copy of the contract when I purchased the car it's attached. For further information please contact the attorney that helped me with this accident for personal injury and property damage. And looks like now another case to start a lawsuit for fraud.

      To Whom It May ****************** GAP insurance the borrower is referencing covers the difference of the outstanding balance on the date of loss and the primary insurance company's determination of the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle. M&N never received any claim information or payment from any insurance company. We've made numerous attempts to contact the borrower but never received a response until now.

      My car notes are not being accepted by the ***** they are telling me to use and they want me to go to the *************** for wire transfers . They have no way to make it easy to use a debit card or routing number to make the payments I'm not able to make it to banks and I called ***** they said ***** is not for business use so I think that is very shady for them to use them and it's starting to effect my credit score . During the lock down I wasn't able to pay my payments due to the banks being closed and they still marked my account late . And that was they're only way to make a payment . When I got ***** I wasn't able to get my payments plosives alback until I was able to work again. .
