ONLY GIVING THEM ONE STAR CAUSE I CANT GIVE THEM ZERO!! WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW THIS BUSINESS IS STILL CONTINUING. I WAS RECENTLY INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND I HAD FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AT THE TIME AND ************** IN LESS THAN A MONTH BEFORE anything was resolve and without my consent they sold my vehicle at an auction. I had no say in this the company is so shady they were never able to give me a straight answer about the where about my vehicle. I had an attorney at the time and even then they never told my attorney what was going on I wanted my vehicle back so I can fix and keep it. Yet they didn't even give me a chance , when I know other companies give you at least an option to keep the vehicle and keep making whatever payments need be. I am very disappointed in how horribly this company handle my situation being a single mom I was put in very poor situation. I had been warn to stay away from this company and didn't listen since I went through a divorce and made my credit go to s*** because of it. I was still never late on any of my payments even after my accident and through out this claim. I was a good customer to them and this is how they treated me with putting me at bad credit after I stop paying because of the lack of repose from them and just giving me runarounds all the time. TO THIS DAY I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY VEHICLE IS. I would never do business with them ever again
