      This company has inadequate service and will change out products you didn't order for something else. Once you inform them of this, they will tell you too bad you are stuck with it and will not offer to correct the problem or help with any sort of return. Buyer beware as they will do a complete bait and switch on any kind of promo. Do not order from this company as they do not value customer feedback or help to resolve their own mistakes.

      I ordered one time for my son to try. They automatically put me in a subscription I didn't know about until it came out of my account. The only way to contact is through chat they wouldn't refund my money and keep the stupid order. Do not buy from this company.

      This company has showed me what the sleaziest possible business practices look like after locking me into an unauthorized subscription that charged me 66 dollars to my debit card. After attempting to contact customer service I was put through automated chat which offered no immediate solution and claims to have cancelled subscription but with no email notifying me of such. I had to demand a refund after being offered multiple frivolous offers and discounts that had nothing to do with my request for refund. Furthermore, I have never even created an account with these people, and the customer service rep insists that I had a subscription set up through a guest purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and find yourself a luxury soap with quality customer service and a trusted return policy.

      They canceled my order for me but have yet to actually refund my money. I tried calling, but the no longer have a valid phone number. All complaints are handled via email and they take hours to respond each time. This has been going on for days now.

      This company really could have been reasonable by simply offering a decent luxury product. However, they choose to take advantage of first-time customers by locking them into a subscription service for their product and hoping you'll forget or give up dealing with it. Brief backstory, I placed an order for xmas gifts to family. I remember when checking out agreeing to a subscription service and thinking that's kind of a cheap scheme, but whatever. After accessing my subscription page, there was no active subscription listed under my account. The subscription service was linked to my secondary email. I tried to access the subscription page with my secondary email and it returned an error. After about an hour I gave up thinking that it was too soon after placing an order to access my subscription page.Flash-forward to this morning - when I was billed for my subscription that I didn't ask for. I tried to access my subscription account, guess what STILL returning an error. I had to spend time sending an email to customer service for them to activate it. How convenient for them to make customers jump through all these hoops to manage their own subscription and money. Huge waste of time and a headache. This experience has ruined any positive association I had with their product. Stay away.

      My son really likes the products but don't do a subscription. He had a subscription for soda they sent him deodorant charged more than the sale price sent scents he would never use and never answered his email to them. Good product lousy customer service.

      I'm 14 and worked hard to get my money for family gifts. I bought my dad some products for Christmas. I didn't realize they signed me up for a subscription. I canceled the subscription as soon as I was notified that I was billed another $44 for soemthing I didn't order. They WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS ON UNOPENED PRODUCTS!!!!!!! Don't lose your money like I did!

      Product was out of stock that i ordered. They didnt inform me until i reached out to find out why it didnt ship. They then asked if I wanted an alternative item that would take 2 more weeks to arrive. it was supposed to be a Christmas gift so i said no and asked for a refund. Had to wait 25 minutes on a chat to get the refund procesed and they did not refund my shipping and processing fee - yet they never shipped or processed anything!

      I ordered $75 worth of product as my son wanted to try this. So I ordered it Nov 28th, plenty of time to get it by Christmas as on the site for holiday shipping 3-5days to process and ship the order. It is now Dec 16th and they finally got back to me regarding the shipping/tracking info I never recieved and messaged about multiple times. Due to 1 of the items being unavailable they never picked my order. They are doing it now and shipping Dec 20th. I was ****** and wanted to cancel the whole thing which of course they would not. Horrible customer service, no respect for their customers.
