This place scam an 81-year-old lady out of $6000 for a bronze package, then ************** tried charging her credit card for $4000, $3000, and $1000 on the day she went in for her 1st facial. Luckily the bank did not approve the additional charges, but she was still ripped off $6000 for products and future facials. A few days later when she used the stem cell cream, her face became inflamed with an allergic reaction. After a few hours in ************ the doctor recommended she not use the stem cell cream and questioned whether human stem cells were being used in the cream. The doctor also recommended she see an optometrist because the LED red light had burned her eyes causing excessive tearing and again the optometrist recommended not to use LED light because of the sensitivity. So, once we had our doctors' recommendations we spoke to ***** and ************** requesting a refund but were told we could only receive $1500. It seems outrageous to hold someone to future facials when she has been documented by doctors as allergic to the products and has been recommended not to return to the Spa. The whole situation was traumatizing not only is her face scarred from the ***** but now she has eye damage. She has suffered in pain for more than a week with the ***** not to mention the eye issue is still ongoing and won't heal for another few weeks. The lame excuse ************** gave that he could not issue a refund saying she had to come back to use another product is crazy to even consider. She should be entitled to a full refund for future facials. It's only right this person has suffered pain, and anxiety based on your services. Why would you ask them to come back to get more facials? So, we are asking someone to reach out to us to discuss the refund of the $6000, or we will be taking this situation to small claims court to remedy the situation. ************** has our number and email, so we hope to hear from someone soon.Review from Victoria M

All the things that they mentioned during their sales demo are not true. The items are all over priced and machines are of poor quality
