In July 2022 I underwent a short course of ************* at the ***** *** location of *** ****** They asked permission to keep my debit card details on file to make weekly payments speedier. I authorized the *** ****** ********** on each visit. Then I discovered that in addition to my authorized payments, their accounting system debited my card on 6 successive days, at 9 pm each night, the amount of ***** for a total of **** I did not authorize these debits. Even though I have three times asked for an explanation (once by phone and twice in writing) I have received none. The amounts are trivial, but the fraud I am alleging is not, since this could easily be replicated on other clients without their ********** I have no compunction in settling what I owe, but I object to the unauthorized use of my card for what they call Patient Payment.
