On Jan 12th I paid my 1st month rent and deposit. Totalling $*******. to start on Feb 1st. Arriving Feb 1st to my newly refurbished apartment home. That had dingy old carpet with baggy stretch marks and stains every where. The paint was old chipped, streaky and pelling in 28 locations. There were holes in the walls were every door knob had been pushed threw the walls. The kitchen sink stunk like old beer and would not drain. Upon opening the bathroom door it fell off it's hinges and hit the adjacent wall causing a small gouge. That was not the big problem the tub was half full of black water with maggots crawling everywhere. The toilet was the most disgusting appeared to be plugged with vomit and feces to the point of overflow onto the floor. The flies and fleas are at infestation level. Quickly leaving the apartment home my friend pointed at my feet. My white socks were black with so many fleas I had to remove them immediately. Going to the office it was explained we must of entered the wrong apartment. No we were in the right apartment after all. I demanded a full refund and would find a apartment on my own. They said they would have to generate a quit to lease paper. To date not one penny has been returned instead I was sent a letter trying to bill me for all the damages. Refusing to pay my deposit ,rent and billing me an extra $******* after keeping afore mentioned rent, deposit and charges . Totaling $******* . As of Feb 21st managment claims they did not have a lease from me but still claims I owe them an additional $******* in damages. I'm so furious at this rip off tactic I hope no one ever under any circumstance rents from them. It is now March 1st and now the management claims they have no idea who I am or what I'm talking about. The are the worst rip off liars ever.
