THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I had been using them for a while with no problem. I filled out the vouchers and had been reimbursed plenty of times. This last time, the transfer has been pending since 5/27/24 and now it's 7/8/24. No answer to my multiple messages and customer service requests. Plenty of emails. No phone number to call. I used to like this company but now it seems they're going through financial issues and won't fess up to them. The least they could do is email back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The transaction is only 53$ but it's what they owe me and their site still says pending. I have not changed my bank account. I have talked to my bank to make sure that it was not on their end and they have assured me it is not. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I had $20 in my Freatz wallet which I submitted a withdraw request for on June 6, 2024 yet it is still pending as of today, July 3, 2024. Their Contact Us page is broken so can't even submit a message to them to follow up.Initial Complaint

On 11/10/22 I submitted a withdraw request of $143. It has been stuck on "waiting" since then with no updates. I did a withdrawal before and received it in about 3 days. I am unable to contact the business as the messaging system is broken. I feel scammed out of my money, as I wasted it all on vouchers and have not been paid for it.Business response

****** is completely unreachable with no customer service. I've used ****** several times over the last several months. Over a week ago, I attempted to cash out over *** worth of approved vouchers. I've done this before successfully. ****** has to date not paid me. I've received emails stating that funds have been transferred, yet no funds were added. It looks as though they incorrectly entered my bank account information. There is a contact form on their website that doesn't work. They do not have a phone number listed anywhere. The one on their *** Account goes straight to voicemail after one ring. They do not respond to emails or messages on social media. They are not willing to provide customer service, thus withholding money from people they owe who have used their services. Attached for your review are photos claiming they have transferred my funds. I have blacked out my bank account number, but as it's listed as being 5 digits long, it's been entered incorrectly.
