  I was solicited for tax debt relief for the father of my children, *************************. The company would file tax years 2015 through 2020 and come up with an offer to the *** way below the monies due and the *** would come back with their figure and it would be negotiated between **** to $10,000 for the *** and $10, ************************************************************************************************************************************************** place. The negotiated amount is for a whopping $50,000 after agreeing to pay them $10 it turns out to be more ****** of which I'm on my last year of paying. Nothing this company said came through we recently just got a letter which shows interest and penalties continuously being charged after getting in touch with the *** we were told that those interests in penalties would continue until the balance was paid in full. Tax debt group swindled me every step of the way they were not honest in anything they represented from what would be paid to the *** and it continues to this day.

  We understand that tax matters can be stressful, and we have done our best to provide support to both you and **** when needed. In our most recent conversation, you mentioned that you can be quick to anger but also calm down quickly. During that call, you showed no signs of displeasure and appeared to be satisfied with our services. We would have been more than willing to address your concerns at that time if they had been brought to our attention.
  As we have fulfilled our duties and even gone beyond our obligations to provide **** with the best possible service, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to negotiate further on this matter. We take pride in our work and firmly believe that we have acted in the best interest of our client, *********
