This business has taken my money, gave me a money back guarantee to produce in 1 year with no results and they are like ghosts in the wind. No returned calls or emails. I just filed a complaint in *****.

I wrote a check to this company for supposedly lawyer fees to get us out of our Time Share with Hilton ******************** This was done Feb 2, 2023. To date, June 19, 2024 we have heard nothing and cannot reach anyone. This must be a scam company. We attended a luncheon sponsored by this company and it appeared to be on a legal level that could help us. But I guess we were scammed out of over $7,000.

Tsreliefgroup.com. in May 2023 we met them ate dinner at *********** listened to their presentation thought it was real because they said they were connected with BBB. We really wanted to get out of our time share and not leave this burden on our children. We fell hook line and sinker, paid out $7000.00 .They said we would be out in less than a year and no more maintenance fees. We sent Quick Claim Deed, first they said they didn't get, I resent it they never acknowledged they received it won't return phone calls or texts or our money. I emailed ***** the head person stating that this seems like a scam and he acted offended and after that no more communication. I just want my money back or legitimately out of this time share. How can they do this to people and get away with it

This is a fraudulent company that falsified documents...we found fake documents.

These are scammers they have had a ton of negative reviews and complaints removed from trustpilot and bbb well because of course when you pay you get to play. Sooner or later you'll be hearing about a class action lawsuit.

This company is a sham. I signed a contract that says I'll get my money refunded after 12 months if they don't get rid of my time shares. It's been 23 months and I still have my time shares. No one will explain how to get refunded. No one returns my calls, texts, or emails.

Extremely upset with this company. Paid $6,542 in Aug. ****************************** our name. Just received a letter from ************/*********** stating this company does not comply with the rules of the owner's association for recording transfer deeds. They informed ** Relief directly of this and ** did not respond to them. *********** suspects that these are not legitimate transfers on the part of ** Relief or Paradise Points I, LLC. ** Relief claims 100% money back guarantee. We want all of the $6,542 back. We have been back and forth with this company to resolve the issue of the timeshare transfer with no positive results. Please help. We are senior citizens and this is a lot of money to loose.

My husband and I went to a seminar about getting ** out of Sapphire timeshare in *********. We paid them $6811, on Feb. 16th 2023. To get us out of our contract. We never heard from them, nor did they contact Sapphire. (We are still paying a yearly fee, so our credit reports do not suffer. In Jan 2024 my husband called and was told we would have our money back in Feb. We received nothing. I have called all day today and got no answer.Thank you ******************************************

Attended a meal in January 2023 and listened to the presentation. I recorded the entire presentation and even took a picture with the presenter and will present that picture to my lawyer as well as the recordings. I paid $16,200 to get out of the timeshare(s) and every time there has been communication, it was due to me initiating the calls or texts. The last time that I was called was in October 2023, and it was because I sent a text to presenter & the guy that worked up the documentation for the $16,200. I got a call from another man, who by the way, had the same telephone number as the 1st man stating that the lawyers were working it and wanted me to provide them with a deed. A deed is what I could not present them with, as that is sent on behalf of the timeshare being paid in full. Since I missed the call, I returned the call to the number that he left, and got an automated voice recording that did not identify with him. I have since sent several other texts messages and made calls to every number that I had for them, and still no answer or response back. My account has now gone into collection and now hinders me from renting an apartment, townhome, or pursuing the purchase of a home. They have done absolutely NOTHING to date!!! I just want my $16,200 back, and I will be conversing with my lawyer soon. They are truly pathetic preying on people who are already dealing with financial hardship, and could care less that they have made the situation even worse. TO EVERYONE SEEKING TIMESHARE RELIEF, PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, for they will just take your money and run, for they have shown no integrity at all.
