*************************************************************** Business took TOLD advantage of the situation. i was returning back to work after lunch, when my truck had a coolant leak. I pulled into Mexicana Tires ************ with smoke/steam coming out of hood. witch was a block away from my location. pulling in business, asking them if they can help. it seamed like they realized i was in need of help, when we looked into the problem, it was a $4.50 part that cracked and needed to replace. The Mechanic down played it and said $90.00 in about 2 hours. i understand it needed to cool down before working on it. we both seen what the problem was. I asked why so much? His response was, "go somewhere else if i don't like it".... I had no other choice. My truck was getting hot fast. Thinking it was 'a mistake on his diagnosis and when i returned back 4 hour later after work, the price was going to be less. No it was $90.00 and the Mechanic said you should of done it yourself. with a smile. He knowing i had to return back to work, i had No other choice. I think that was totally wrong. I tried figuring out what wrong with this. looking into this more the price should of been about $45-$60 dollars maybe. i wonder how many people they done this to & how long they've been getting away with it. Please help with this or help me understand way so much they charge me. Thank you, ***** ****
