I purchased a ************ that was labeled and advertised as a******************* The price was over $400 with all taxes. I had little knowledge about these******, and went to the store to see about getting more information or recommendations about the style of ****. The salesman guided me to the ************, and even let us try it in the store. When i asked what sizes they had, they said they had one small and one large, and the large was $700 and small was $400. I decided to get the smaller due to price. On June 6th i was using the device and when i flipped the **** upside down, there was pressure form the **** rusting already after one months use, even though we cleaned it daily. The pressure caused by the rusting and lack of flow that the gravity **** relays on caused the glass to shatter and lang on me and my pet. The small fractures caused cuts, and could have caused many more injuries had I not had fast responses. I decided to send the serial number to the manufacturer and ask them for a replacement glass, and see what might have caused such an explosion. Upon further review, they let me know the **** was a counterfeit product and all warranties are false and void from these such products and take it up with the store directly. I went to the store today to speak with someone. It was a young man claiming to be the owners ***. I met the owner on the day of purchase, and he had replaced one of the glass pieces with another from another broken gravity **** on the day of purchase. The *** today rather than acknowledging that was a dangerous situation and that they sold me a counterfeit product defended selling the fake product. He said i did not ask if it was fake or real, and had i they would have disclosed that. The father said they tell everyone they are not real, but in my case they said small or large, not real or not real. They offered no resolution and only defended their own actions of selling fake goods.Business response

I do not accept this. I did go to both stores and got resistance from both. I showed my proof of purchase which is my credit card statement as the salesman did not offer to print a receipt. This issue is beyond me, this is a public health concern. I did use the product of course as it was for smoking. While I was using it the device exploded. Had it not been fake it would not have occurred. I looked on line Abd found other customers with similar complaints from other products. This is a public safety issue in which they did not tell the buyer the product was fake until o came to ask for a refund. They should be required to have a sign in the front that all goods are not authentic, as these products effect health. I chose this store to support local business and trusted their guidance on the product purchase. In doing so I emphasized my health being important, selling me this product ignored that request. This was an expensive item and I expected authentic actions and responsibility to be fully taken on the part of the seller. I expect a full refund.
