Business ProfileforAmerica's Ink and Toner Supply

This company misrepresented themselves. We are a small dental practice who uses printers on a small scale. We normally buy our ink and toner from Staples or something similar. This company stated they could be their price with a higher quality product. I agreed to purchase two toner cartridges. I then reached out and order two color ink cartridges. The next thing I know, I am in a contract for tons of product at $818.00 per month for 12 months. I called and cancelled stating I no longer wanting anymore product and we would pay for what we received. **** stated that he would send out the rest of the product and that our account would be cancelled. We received several boxes of ink and toner. Today I receive another call from them stating that they have not shipped out all of our product but that I do not owe them anything. I stated that I was confused because previous conversations stated I had received and paid for all of the product. I am assured that it is just another shipment for what is owed. Another person from the same company calls me and states that he will be shipping out more ink/toner and that we will have 8 invoices of $765. I told him that I would not accept the shipment and we were not paying for any more product. The first *************** calls me back and I stated that he is dishonest and misrepresents himself to his customers. I do not want anymore product and I will not be paying for anymore product. This company continues to call and continues to try and trick us into buying more. The quality of their product is poor.
