    IF YOU WORK FOR HONK BE CAREFUL THEY DON'T LIKE TO PAY EVEN WITH PICTURES I DO FEEL SORRY FOR THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE IT'S GETTING TO THE POINT THAT NO ONE WANT TO DO THE **** OR SERVICE CALLS FOR THEM ALL I CAN SAID IS TO CALL UP A *********** GET TOWED AND GET A RECEIPT AND IF YOU HAVE SOME TYPE OF ROADSIDE PLAN SEND THEM THE BILL IF THEY WILL PAY FOR IT SOME WILL.( YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)

    Will not provide service for HONK. They owe me for a lockout and they sent it to the wrong account been emailing with them ever since April2 and still nothing. Calling them is pointless as CSR has no clue what to do to or they hang up on you. Nice way to treat providers.

    Honk sent me an uninsured tow truck that dropped and dragged my truck down the highway while my truck was in park. Over 6 months I have been fighting to get my truck fixed. Honk stiffed me with thousands in expensive they should have covered. Save your vehicle, dont use Honks Roadside Assistance.they will s**** up your vehicle and not pay up. Sent me an uninsured tow truck for the insurance company and then left me with a broken truck and thousands in bills. Working on my case now to bring them to court. The judge is going to love this story

Our records indicate that we covered the cost of your rental vehicle from August 16 to November 8 while your chosen repair shop completed the necessary repairs and additional diagnostic work you requested. The shop confirmed that your vehicle was restored to its pre-loss condition, and we fully covered the repair costs, including an additional payment for the invoice of your tire replacements you submitted. After the repairs were completed, you expressed concerns that the vehicle was still not in its pre-loss condition. We offered the opportunity to take your vehicle to multiple repair facilities for further diagnosis, but we did not receive any documentation confirming additional necessary repairs. Given this, we understood that your vehicle has been restored appropriately. However, if you have new supporting documentation, we are happy to review it.     When I started my towing company, partnering with HONK seemed like a good opportunity. The setup was simple, and calls came in quickly. However, the moment I began requesting extra charges for legitimate services, things went downhill fast.For example, I took a job listed as a winch-out. Upon arrival, the customer requested a tow to her home in addition to the winch-out. I completed both services and immediately emailed HONK with detailed pictures and videos documenting the change. Instead of proper payment, I received a response claiming I never contacted themeven though they were replying to my email.HONK fails to provide clear instructions on how to report service changes but has no problem denying extra charges. This lack of transparency and refusal to pay for completed work is unacceptable. We dont work for free. Its outrageous that a company profiting from our hard work refuses to fairly compensate ***** make matters worse, the app is nearly useless, and while theyve integrated with Towbook, theres zero communication between the platforms. HONK operates like a company trying to pay its providers pennies on the dollar while we risk our lives on the road. If this continues, Ill have no choice but to stop working with them altogether.

    We are not contracted with Honk and we only accept dispatches for quoted rates. They have short paid me on a promised 225 rate. I sent them telephone recording of our dispatch and reminded them that THEIR phone lines are recorded but I cant find anyone that will take my case. The agreed rate was 225 and they paid us 200, that's a 13% loss!

    In my words this company is not legit. I was called out the other morning about 1:00 in the morning for a jump start. After performing the jump start the battery pack did not jump the truck. I had the owner of the truck to call for a tow to be approved. It was approved and I towed the truck to pepboys 10 miles away. Talked with dispatcher call was completed. When it came time for payment you can chose credit card or direct deposit. I selected credit card for payment. The company was only paying $27 dollars for towing at 2:00AM in the morning. I still have not been paid when I went to redeem it on honk.com. I dont know if I will even get paid with this disgrace as being a tow operator. Im not doing business as a service provider with this company again. This company is incompetent just taking advantage of tow services and operators.

    I work as a towing provider. I found out honk was not making payments to the correct business account. So I was not receiving money for a while and did not know this. I tried to correct the problem with honk. I received zero help from their accounts payable. They are not interested in correcting the problem after months of trying to correct this is*** with them I am forced to *** them for both the money and attorney fees. One of the worst companies I have ever delt with in 18 years of running a towing company they refuse to actually have a human fix any problems. They divert anything they can to the bogus AI bots and stupid help forms. If this is the future of companies then we are headed for a world of c*** Negative ten stars.

    As a service provider, Ive had enough of this companys exploitative practices. They grossly overcharge their customers while paying us mere pennies. We once had the autonomy to set our own rates, but now were forced to accept their insultingly low offers. They dont even cover enroute expenses and consistently send us jobs over 30 miles away. Even local jobs come with a pathetic payout. They charge customers $100+ but pay us a measly $35-$45 for a tow, which is absurdly low by todays standards.Their contribution? A phone call to the customernothing more. Need extra equipment or compensation? Forget it. Despite charging exorbitant fees, they expect us to deliver top-notch service while paying us peanuts. Their rates might work for uninsured solo operators, but they demand we carry $1M policies. Sure, we can decline offers, but their calls are a waste of time, clogging up Towbook or our phones like spam.Honk should stick to what they do best and leave towing to the professionals.

    I'm currently a provider for HONK who worked late Friday night into the early morning hours of Saturday due to several accidental tow calls. All the drop off locations were closed and unable to receive vehicles so I placed these vehicles at our storage yard. Calling Honk to receive authorization at 3-6 am, I was placed on hold and never got a hold of a real person. I used the reference number and emailed them instead. I continued receiving calls through the weekend on HONK app. On Monday morning I received an email alerting me that my account with ********************** was On Hold due to policy violation of storing vehicles without prior authorization. After they paid the storage fees and I spoke with a manager that said they would reactivate my account if I reduced the storage rate, I received emails from their FRAUD department the next day demanding I refund the money or they will dispute the VCCs with the bank. How is this an ethical business? Not only did they lie about reactivating my account, they paid the fees to get the vehicles released from storage and now are wanting to dispute the cards to make the payments invalid.

    I down load Honk some time in 2023. I was active immediately. But with no kind of instructions or next step, I just start receiving calls day and night. I took my first job on May 23, completed the job, requested payment and have yet to get my funds. The virtual card that was send is invalid and I informed account payable of this.. so I set up a direct deposit with they even did a test run to my account. So I ask for them to just deposit my funds. 11 days and still no payment. I have tried to be patient but bills dont wait for no one and I should have to wait this long to get paid. I was truly looking forward to building a healthy relationship with this company but I dont work for free.. Honk when will I be receiving my $254? This is sad. And unfortunate.
