While trying to access a payment service, a window popped up asking for **** to verify my bank card. After I did this another window popped up for a trial membership to NEXTCARDIOLEVEL.COM Once I realized what happened I cancelled the membership within 10 mins and received a confirmation on my phone that the account had been closed. They still charged my card for a ***** membership a month. I tried calling to get it straightened out but was put on hold every time with nobody picking up. I'm a senior and I feel these people are praying on not so smartphone savvy seniors. I have cancelled my bank card as this was the only way to not keep getting charged.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused while attempting to have the account/subscription cancelled.
We have located the customer's subscription and have now cancelled and refunded both charges on the account.
