2/17/2023 Was overcharged by $100 and the bus was also over an hour late. Was supposed to be dropping off near Union Station and dropped off about 20 minutes walking time when it was supposed to be 5 minutes awayInitial Complaint

On Tuesday 10/4/22, I purchased a ticket ahead of time and followed the instructions to register and save my place at the counter with the clerk at the *** ****** office ********** During the registration ***** did not put my name on the list and told me I was not allowed to ride on the bus, even though there were open seats available. I asked him to clarify why I was not allowed to ride and he refused to answer my questions which upset me because I am an elderly person with disabilities and it was late at night. I shouted some unsavory choice words at ***** because I was frustrated with his ********** and **** behavior and totally ********* for my safety. Once I was on the bus, ***** ********** and ********* to physically drag me out of the van. I was scared and feared for my life during the experience because ***** kept shouting at me and made aggressive and violent gestures with his hands and fists. I called my daughter because I was scared of ******** behavior and believed he would hurt me. I was scared and confused because he never gave me a reason as to why I could not board the van even though I purchased a ticket and completed the registration process as I always have. I have been a customer of this company for several years and I have witnessed similar incidents but never believed this would happen to me. I continued to use their service because they are the only company in the area that I live and I feel that they use this to their advantage to take advantage of elderly and people who speak Spanish only. My goal with this is that they are reviewed for their ********* behavior and poor customer service that is close to being criminal ********* ******** criminal *********
