The owner ******* is trying to over charge ** for our *** stating that we owe ***** still on the Vehicle when we put at the least **** down making payments of 518 a month since 2020 so I dont know how shes saying we still owe so much. Se even tried reporting to the credit bureau and theyve removed it from my credit. They said ******* didnt provide the documents they asked for. We have am online payment portal that we never had access to. Shes acting like shes not the finance company or doesnt own the company but I truly believe does. She repossessed our car and is trying not to allow ** to get our things from the vehicle. When speaking to her she always so rude and sarcastic. She put a tracker in our car without our consent.Business response

I was told ************************ vehicle was impounded by **** Police and the finance company was finally able to repossess the impounded vehicle from **** PD after 16 months of looking for this **** ******************** did not make a car payment since 2021, while hiding the vehicle out of state for over a year and a half. Again, the vehicle was finally repossessed--not by a repo agent but impounded by **** police because drivers were arrested.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: First and foremost there was no arrest and the vehicle was impounded due to registration. Registration that we did not have due to being under the influence that we had to go through you to do so. You have failed to confirm nor deny the allegations due to wanting to slander so badly that youve completely over looked the complaint and obviously the process and the manner in which it is conducted. I see where your employees get there professionalism from. You have also failed to put payments that we made to you on the document of payments made. We have Statements stating youve missed quite a few.

The customer ******************** did not make a car payment for 16 months. Not sure what the dispute is? Car payments are made to a finance company. If you cannot make your car payments in a timely manner, I am assuming the vehicle will be repossessed? ****************** drove for free without making any car payments for over 16 months until **** ***************** impounded the vehicle. No car payments since 2021. We are in the year of 2023. Does ****************** want a free car? Please ask **** ***************** why the vehicle was impounded and on hold. The finance company repossessed the vehicle from **** Police impound. Police report reads driver arrested. ******************** asked two attorneys to reach out to **. All payment schedules, receipts, and documents were sent to all attorneys representing ******************. The attorneys explained to ****************** that they drove for free for almost two years and there is no case. Is there a law stating that you need to drive for free without making any car payments for over two years to get repossessed?
