I had a car wrap done with this business. I met with the Owner *** prior to them starting and he explained to me what was included in the price of the wrapping. He explained that I would be working with a graphic designer and that I would be able to explain what it is I wanted and cover the car in as much or as little design as I wanted for the price of ******* I was then asked to give a *** deposit on the car which was ********* and that the other half would be paid when I picked up my car. I dropped off my car and spoke to *** and paid the amount online through their payment system. I then spoke with the graphic designer several times and we came up with a design that would work. When my car was done I came in and saw that they did not do a special window material that was discussed prior with ***, the Designer apologized and remedied the issue and re-did the window design. I waited 2 hours for this. When it was finished I noticed some air bubbles all around the car and asked that these be fixed- he fixed most of them and said air bubbles happen. I then noticed some ******** in words from the wrap and asked if these could be fixed and he said no. It then came time to pay and I noticed they were charging me ********** I had asked why it is ******** and not ********** He said because you asked for extra work with the design. I asked what extra work and he said I changed the design several times and this costs the designer more money. I asked where was this disclosed to me about the extra pricing and why wasn't i ever notified? He stated he sent me an email with the price change- i never received it and I have asked for it several times with no reply. The owner finally texted me and stated he would give me a **** credit or a **** cash refund for the error. I accepted the cash refund and he has not returned any of my calls, texts or emails about where he will be sending me this refund. He admitted to making a mistake and has not fulfilled this requirement.Business response
