I have been asking these people to STOP.Stop charging my card for a product that does not work for **** have been asking them nicely numerous times, yet I still get charged almost forty dollars on my debit cardThis has been ten times as of right nowI am disabled and their product DOES NOT WORK More like scammers with a fake product that tries to mimic the movie of LimitlessThe product they are advertising now as Limitless XThat has absolutely no EFECT ON MEInitial Complaint

Ordered Keto One Shot, after trial period was not working, called company and was advised to return product for refund less restocking charge! Returned product and tracking notified me that product was received March 30 at 11:10AM. Waited a few days to check on refund called and they told me I would receive it in about ten days, I have not received the refund yet today May 23rd and have called several times and keep getting told that it will be refunded in a couple days. Have called the credit card company and they said there has been no attempt of a refund. I also had to get my card replaced because someone in their company used my credit card numbers to try and make a fraudulent purchase in ***********. All I want is my money back and that will still be able on the original card!!!Initial Complaint

I have received a product called Limitless Keto capsules I have never heard of this product or company.I need help contacting the company, I have been calling them but no one answers the phone.I have read reviews about this company scamming people, charging ungodly amounts of money to credit cards, I would like my issue be resolved before I'm charged any money. Attached of a copy of the packing slip and copy of mailing label which there is no company information on either.Initial Complaint

Debit to account has attached phone number ************. The internet search returned the business name LimitlessX. This was an unexpected, unapproved charge to my personal checking account on March 1, 2023. I have contacted my bank to have the debit reversed as it was not an authorized purchase. The amount of $199.75 was not authorized. I tried calling the number at ~1:30 PM central standard time. The number picked up and the recording said a customer service rep would be on the line shortly. Then the line hung up after asking for the caller to enter a call back number.Initial Complaint

We have ordered Glucose 1 product from the web site, we are charged for the product but never receive it unless we call or e-mail follow up on our order. We get a run around when trying to make contact. There are 3 different names or companies in the mix of the order( Glucose 1 is the web site ordered from, LimitlessX is the contact for help and then a Men's/ Ladies Clothing Store is the entry on the credit card statement. This has happened more then once and we like the product but they have internal issues in my opinion. They are quick to get your money but not so quick to open the contact or resolve the issue.
