********************* products are great. That isn't the problem. The problem began when I went to their online site and subscribed. Boy was that a mistake. It's like ******** they tell you you're unscrubscribed, but continue to charge you, and attempt to ship things out. This is the third time.I am trying to get out of it. I gotta cancellation confirmation , but I think I did last time as well, and yet here I am.In the meantime , I tried to leave a ****** review, and noticed they make it impossible. What a shame that's such a great product has such terrible, sketchy service.Review from Elena O

I asked to cancel my order after accidentally placing order with incorrect items. Before finalizing my transaction an offer pops up with discounts which is misleading. I accepted the offer which added a second item I had no interest in purchasing. I emailed them, I had a reply stating I had option to cancel and refund would be issued and would place a hold on my order until confirmed on my decision. I replied in timely manner asking to cancel the order, I then received a reply saying it was not promised to cancel. With that response I received and already frustrated I asked to disregard cancellation. Then I check order status and it showed jot completed and my bank account showed reimbursement. So I felt confident in placing my order once again with correct number of items, my order was delivered. Then about 3 days later I receive email saying package was on it's way with a charge on my bank account (which this order was asked to be cancelled) I emailed the person who I was emailing back and forth and did not get a response after asking for explanation.Review from Paula W

I ordered from their site and theories was delivered to the wrong address, Fed Ex mistake as the company had the correct address. I notified them and they shipped order expedited. Product has a nice flavor and I notice I sleep better and have more energy.Review from Alexander D

Great products....decent customer service....HORRIBLE LOGISTICS. This is the 4th time I order something off their website that says in stock....after waiting a few days for a shipping number I have to call them to get a message saying that the products I PAID for are out of stock and that I have to wait until it is in stock to get a tracking number.....which could be days weeks or even months. So they can charge me and not even notify me it is out of stock. False advertising.
