Noxitril boasts a Super blue pill which o requested with the salesman 2 times to which he assured me that would be sent. Instead they sent me old stock on 2 occasions Ord#*******. When I called to ask why this happened she merely said that they ran out so I asked why do you continue to advertise to which she (****) replied Ill escalate your issueBusiness response

I am sorry that you are disappointed with our product. Please note that our advertising says "Like the little blue pill", not that it is a blue pill. I reviewed your account and see that you place a trial offer for 1 bottle of Noxitril and 1 bottle of Noxitril 47 on 4/8/2024. We shipped the product on 4/9/2024. You were charged $14.95 non-refundable shipping and handling for the trial order. On 4/15/2024 you called to cancel the ongoing shipment associated with the trial offer, There was a second account where another trial offer was placed for 1 bottle of Noxitirl and 12 bottle of Testo for $14.95. In reviewing the notes, I see that you called our customer care team on 7/30 to cancel the ongoing shipments associated with the trial offer. You contacted our customer care team again on 8/1 stating that we had falsely advertised our product. The agent explained that the pill isn't blue and that our advertisement states "Like the little blue pill." I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that we have refunded both charges of $14.95 for the trials that you received. Nothing else will be billed or shipped to you. If there is anything else that we can assist you with, please let me know.

Hi, I was told before purchasing their products that I could return it within the specified time and would receive a full refund. I mailed the remaining pills back to them weeks ago and have yet to receive my refund after several attempts. They keep telling me that they did receive the pills back but they can't seem to figure out how to get me my money back because I ordered online. Calling time and time again has been an inconvenience for me seeing that I work.Business response

I bought Noxitril on a 30 day money back trial. I called them about 2 weeks into the trial and told customer service that the product wasn't working for me. The lady said it's a 30 day trial so give it more time and use it for the 30 days. Today is the 10th of October and the 30 day period is up on the 14th. So, I just called customer service again to tell them that the product still didn't do anything for me and I'd like my refund. So, she now tells me that in order to get the refund I have to get the bottle back to them by the 14th. I told her that wasn't expressed in the 30 day money back guarantee. So she says well she can give me a discount and I keep the bottle etc and then a little later she says the best she can do is give me 50% of the purchase price and w/out me having to go to the trouble of returning the product. They have a quite a scam going on where they trick people regarding their 30 day money back guarantee. I went along w/ their 50% refund because I don't have enough time to get the product back to them per their scam return policy. I want a full refund as was portrayed in their advertising.Business response

I first ordered this product ****************** a few months ago. I spoke with a guy name **** and after I received the product I gave him feedback and told him to cancel the order. I just got off the phone with a customer service representative and she's refusing to take my call. Her response is there no notes on cancellation. How easy is it to not put that note in there so that not my fault! I demand a full refund. Plus there product are making false claims none of the statements have been evaluated so how they convinced my grandfather it would would for him is blatant lies lies lies!Business response
