            I purchased an Egard Shade V2 watch for my husband's birthday last year after he mentioned that he wanted one. He loved it and wore it almost every day for nearly a year. Choosing it wear it in place of his Rolex even. While taking our niece on a tour of our local historic district we became stuck in a sudden heavy downpour of rain. The watch is supposed to be water resistant up to 50 meters. In the following days he noticed the face of the watch became foggy any time he put it on. I contacted Egard about having it serviced under the warranty. They instructed me to send it to their "repair hub" at my own expense. I did as they instructed on 7/28/22 and it was received at their depot on 7/30/22. It is now 9/29/22 and customer service has given me the run around on when I can expect to have the watch returned to us. At this point I just want the watch returned, I will take it to a jeweler in our town to have it repaired but after two months of holding my property they have ceased contact with me. I strongly advise that no one purchase anything from this company as their a. Their product doesn't stand up anywhere close to their claims and b. Their customer service is nonexistent.
