I purchased a boiler from them back in February of 2023. The boiler I purchased was new according to them and it came with a 3 year warranty if anything were to happen to the boiler. The gentleman came to install the boiler to my home per my request because I didnt want anything done incorrectly and I wanted to make sure I didnt void my warranty by doing something wrong, When he came to install it he mentioned he needed to bring me a new key due to it leaking and it could potentially ruin my boiler from too much leaking. He told me hed be back during the week to fix it. I let a week pass by and he never came I called back and mentioned to them what he told me and they advised me they would let him know so he could come back and fix it because my boiler was under warranty and he knew it was leaking. A few months went by and i continuously contacted them and they kept giving me the same response. I eventually went up to the location and told him if he could please come fix my boiler because its leaking way more and its starting to rust at the bottom. I even mentioned I would pay him for his time. He then advised me he was so sorry but he would come soon. Its been 8 months since I purchased it and now Im being ignored they wont answer my calls or my text when I go in person no one wants to talk to me. Ive gone to another place now to get someone to fix it. Ive had to pay someone else to do their work. The person also advised me that pice is no longer sold and they should have changed the entire piece to the new pieces because they are now not being used. Im very disappointed in the service Ive been very patient with them. And this is no way to run a business they dont stand by their word.
