The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege having difficulty receiving refunds, despite the company having many "Satisfaction Guarantee" or "30 Days Money Back Guarantee" statements on their website. On August 10 & 25, 2020 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

This is CONFIRMATION of others' experience. This is without question a criminal enterprise that operates outside the US. I am in process of filing a IC3 complaint but don't know what this can accomplish. I have filed complaints with FTC and CA ATTORNEY GEN OFFICE. This entity operates under many names, bills under many names and constantly changes physical addresses. Its activity may be found in different states!!! They have no direct number w legitimate directory. You can't make appointments. There is no video option. They use false names. When you try to demand accountability AFTER MONTHS OF ZERO SERVICE, that project manager PERSONALLY ASSIGNED TO YOU has either left, profoundly disabled in vegetative state; in coma; or dead. They follow a scheme to entice you to believe you are one of few special clients. They call you unpredictably using a local number. I have lost IN EXCESS OF $5000 and growing (credit card interest). They give you the impression they have few clients to allow you the most attention. They make you fill out a form and person who calls you within seconds IS INSTANTLY YOUR PROJECT MANAGER. He called me a few times and then disappeared. He reappeared and said he was disabled for awhile. He requested more $ for video to go on website. Never produced. Disappeared again and months later I receive his text congratulating me with update my website was now active(!) and when I looked it was full of errors, some with legal risk; essentially non operational. I tried to reach him and told he was permanently disabled and no longer working w company. I demanded the site be shut down but it wasn't maybe to this day. THIS IS NOT JUST LOUSY SERVICE. THIS IS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. OUR FED GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROTECT ITS CITIZENS. THIS IS 2021. Not 1991. Internet based scams and crimes in all variations are well established and growing! Consumers need a better way to find out true risk of any merchant on basis of coordination effort by private organizations and government AT LOCAL, STATE, FED LEVELS! A SPECIAL PROTOCOL TO IDENTIFY, PURSUE, DEACTIVATE BAD ACTORS that run online scam or criminal activity with impunitym is long overdue SO WHY ISN'T IT? I am a senior facing bankruptcy over this.
