      ON February 22, 2022 I purchased in-full a website design. On December 2, *********************************** the completed design of my website. The company is now demanding $300.00 more because my project has been "archived" because of my delay in requesting my website design.

      Visual Design is currently holding my web site in a state of ransom wear. I paid the $420.00 for 3 years of hosting on 4/7/21. They then said I needed to update my hosting, so I reluctantly did. I then paid them $750.00 for three years of hosting on 3/1 /2022. On 6/4/2022 they requested $3990.00 for additional bandwidth in order to keep my web site hosting active. When I refused this Ransom wear request, they blocked my web site from all availability activity. I have formally requested for them to release ******************** from Namecheap. They have denied my request. I have since rebuilt my web site and domain using ***** but I want********************** released for me to be able to use. I believe that with all of the BBB complaints that criminal charges should be brought against them for their ongoing illegal actions.

      When we hired these people we were told our all in price to build us a website was under $2000.00 here we are almost a year later and no finished site and $4000.00 spent. They sold us a custom built API for $1000.00 and a hosting service they will not work with the site for $425.00. They are unwilling to refund any money or any information need to take what little of a site to another company to have finished.       I paid them to create a new website design. I already had a website. After long debates they finally completed this only to tell me I'd have to pay for THEIR hosting, even though I currently had WIX and was still paid for the next 2 years. Reluctantly I did this and spent an additional 299 Paid on December 22,2021 3 weeks ago I stopped receiving any emails from contact clicks on my website. I've been fighting with them every since and they are NOT RESPONDING to any of my messages, calls or texts since I refused to pay them extra money and or let them have the password to my email. I have no access to my own website I paid for and I want the hosting log in to take control and change passwords from them. Since I refused to pay additional, strange my contacts started coming in again. They will not respond to anything I send them. I own this website www.tammyschuster.com and I want access to it. I'm out the additional 299 for hosting I didn't need but was point blank told I had to have, I refuse to be held hostage by them anymore. Please help me get my own information. They stated the guy who designed mine was no longer there (***********) yet they still use that email and number. Instead said someone named ************ was now in charge, but after 21 messages and after refusing to pay more, no reply

      Dear Sir/Ma'am: I am writing to complete a formal complaint against the web design company, Visual Design Inc., of California. I first requested two websites from them. They accepted my monies via credit card and had me sign a docusign agreement; but the agreement was never sent to me. They then ghosted me; meaning they did not return my calls and when I called them from the numbers they gave me, they stated they were not in service. I quickly contacted my credit card company for fraud and they returned my money. I should have left then, but Visual Designs promised me that it was a mistake and that they were working on my project. Visual Designs pretended they were working on my project until the credit card protection ended and then did the same thing, ghost me. I filed another complaint with the credit card company, but at that time, it was too late. The window of opportunity had passed. I am requesting an investigation into this matter and for them to return my monies. In total, I am out of approx. two thousand dollars.

      This complaint is against Visual Design Inc. in **************** I used them for logo design and then website design and management. After reviewing other complaints online I'm realizing that my experience has been shared by many. After some time they've become totally unresponsive and they have not completed the job per the agreement of terms. Right now I've been unable to use my company's email because they changed the nameservers and I have no credentials to get into the website they created and make any of the necessary changes to have emails coming correctly. They provided total false advertising concerning their responsiveness and support. The numbers to call in for support don't work most of the time and no one is answering the email messages. This company appears to be a scam and after reading other's reviews I'm feeling like I'm yet another victim. Buyer beware...I would definitely not recommend this company. As a business owner I'm stuck paying another company.
