Wehire ****** and **** to film and photograph my wedding day. We paid $5000 for our wedding package which was supposed to include drone footage of our wedding. We got married on September 11th 2021 and have yet to receive anything from ****** or ****. We also included a 1 tb Hard drive to be used to store all wedding photos and video footage to be handed over to us as sole owners of the content. I have reached out multiple times expressing out frustrations and concerns regarding the turnaround rate and why its taking so long and have received excuses after excuses followed by unkept promises.Initial Complaint

HPW Productions (************************) was contracted for photography services for my wedding date of March 22, 2020. At the time we secured their services, we paid $1445 as a deposit on August 19, 2019. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and statewide stay at home orders going into effect that week, the wedding was cancelled and their services were not used on that date. The wedding was rescheduled for March 7, 2021, and HPW Productions requested an additional $500 payment to be applied towards our final payment amount. This amount was paid on June 4, 2020. Additional, on June 22, 2020 a payment for the remaining balance of $1845 was made to HPW Productions for a total paid amount of $3790. Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions remained in place on March 7, 2021 and our wedding was again cancelled as our venues were not able to operate at that time. No services have been rendered by HPW Productions, and I am now seeking at refund of the full amount paid. I have attempted to reach out to HPW Productions via email and phone calls to no avail.
