Hello, I am submitting a complaint in regards to my dress that I purchased. Per the contract it was to be delivered on or by December 23rd. I have not received the over the shoulder straps that were to come with my dress and have contacted them numerous times via telephone with no resolution. I was told I would receive a callback on January 8th with a final solution but I was not contacted. I sent them an email complaint requesting a refund and did not receive a response. The business has made no effort to reach out to make a resolution. During previous telephone calls spanning the last few months the business has repeatedly assured me the correct straps were on the way and they would arrive in 2 weeks. It's been months. I am requesting a full refund and return or the correct straps expedited.Business response
